This is the second time we have stayed in this apartment. It’s near to walk to the each, shopping mall and places to eat. We will hopefully return next Xmas .

We had a very comfortable stay at this chic apartment. Location is great. Easy to get Uber to get around. Super market close by. Views are great.

We had a fantastic stay at this apartment! The place was spotless, well-maintained, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The host was incredibly polite and always responded quickly to any questions or requests. We truly appreciated his willingness to help with anything that came up. Additionally, we are very grateful for the flexibility with a late checkout, which made our departure much more convenient. Overall, an excellent experience, and we would highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a hassle-free and enjoyable stay!

Die Wohnung hat uns sehr gut gefallen - vor allem der Ausblick vom Balkon auf das Meer und auf die Skyline ist toll! Nica war immer sehr gut zu erreichen und wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Gerne wieder :)

Tolle Unterkunft, klein aber fein. Die Wohnung it sehr gemütlich und vor allem das Bett war sehr bequem. Ansonsten ist die Wohnung auch mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Kleinigkeiten, wie Spüle, Waschmittel und Putzzeug war vorhanden. Was allerdings etwas ungünstig war, es waren pro Person je nur ein großes und ein kleines Handtuch vorhanden, zum Wechseln wäre es gut, wenn man die Stückzahl erhöhen würde. Was auch noch gut wäre, wenn Strandtücher vorhanden wären. Ansonsten waren wir wirklich zufrieden und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Agentur ist rund um die Uhr erreichbar und die Kommunikation war super und außerordentlich freundlich. Der Herr, der unseren checkin gemacht hat, war super freundlich und hilfsbereit! Very nice and peacefull appartement in nee building. Host responce very quick for any information we need. Lagoon with the pool was sooo hod and we had free acces. Parking is free but we did not need one. There was little missunderstud for baby high chair, its not free. Host also need to put more plates in the kitchen and one kettle will be good to have.

Guys, this is with my personal experience. If you want a private place with beautiful view but in the center of marina. Don't miss this, trust me I've stayed in many properties listed in marina but nothing could match mikhail's place. Also he is so responsive, available all the time. Thanks man! This is on my top lost always.

Clean and well-located place in Marina Walk. Very close to marina mall, the beach as well as the shops, supermarkets and restaurants. Very vibrant surroundings. Apartment is very roomy and clean and our family of 10 stayed here very comfortably. I would definitely stay here again in my next visit to Dubai.

We recently stayed at this fantastic apartment in Dubai, and it was perfect for the four of us — plenty of space and extremely clean. The location is ideal, very close to the Marina and right by the beautiful public beaches at Emaar Beach. The apartment was bright, spacious, and had two balconies offering stunning views of both the front and back beaches. Communication was excellent too: a representative contacted us the day before and the day we arrived, providing all the details we needed and answering any questions we had. The apartment was really well-equipped, including a washing machine and cleaning tablets (which was a bonus since I hadn’t packed any!). We used the flat as a base to explore Dubai, and it couldn’t have been better suited for our needs. Would definitely recommend and would love to stay here again on a future trip!

This has been our second stay with Ina and once again we were delighted. The location of the apartment is excellent. It is equipped with all necessary appliances. The beach, a controversy marker as well as the West Beach are only minutes away. We will be back soon.

If you’re looking for a place to stay in JBR, this is the ultimate choice. LaVie is simply spectacular. I’ve watched it rise and evolve over the years, but this was my first time actually staying here – and it exceeded all expectations. The apartment looks exactly like the photos – stunning, clean, and modern. When we arrived, the Jacuzzi was already on, perfectly heated and ready to welcome us. Such a thoughtful touch! We also found two bottles of water chilled and waiting for us in the fridge. There were plenty of towels available – for the shower, the Jacuzzi, and even to take to the beach. The bathroom was fully stocked with everything we needed, and then some. Guests at LaVie also enjoy access to the building’s beautiful pool and sun loungers, and complimentary entry to Cove Beach – an amazing bonus! Truly a 5-star stay. I can’t recommend it highly enough!

We had a wonderful stay. We were three generations renting the apartment and Dubai Vacation Homes were extremely helpful. They always responded to emails quickly and the whole experience was seamless. The location was just what we wanted. Private beach and pool with a couple of lovely restaurants. Even though it was a bank holiday in Dubai there was no one on the beaches! I can thoroughly recommend the apartment and the company.
