LUXARY HOT TUB INSTALLED JULY 2025. Upright piano and ukulele. House = approx. 2,800 sq. ft. You must let us know if you would like to bring 1 dog or an 8th person. This nice open space is super comfortable & relaxing. It has vaulted ceilings, ceiling fans, a water dispenser, a grill, a small deck, a fire pit, a picnic table, a soaking tub, etc... With a quick 7-minute drive to either downtown Petoskey or a 10-minute drive to Charlevoix and 20 minutes to Petoskey State Park. There is shoreline access across the road from us at West Park about a mile away. Famous Little Traverse Wheelway trail is across from us. See below for dog info. ($25 flat fee)
