My group of 4 loved this house in EH Springs. We were out east for a long weekend for a wedding, 4 adults. The pool is huge, the backyard had plenty of room to spread out, and there were plenty of supplies for outside (cushions, towels, etc). The bedrooms were comfortable and spotless, as were the bathrooms and kitchen. Dariusz and Patricia left us a really nice welcome gift (wine, snacks, a cake!) and a handwritten card. We felt very welcome - every detail was thought of - the house was fully stocked with coffee, condiments, lots to get us started when we arrived. We agree with other reviewers - while the pictures here are accurate, they don't do the house justice!! I really hope to come back :)

When my girlfriends and I had to leave another airbnb due to cleanliness and safety reasons, we had to book another place very last minute. The hosts with this house were very accommodating, and even allowed us to check in early despite a super last minute booking. Everything was super clean, the hosts were very responsive, and the location is great. Feels very quiet and secluded without being too far from fun activities. There is also a very big driveway that accommodated all of our cars since many of us drove. Would definitely stay here again!

We rented Nick’s place for a long overdue weekend of friends getting together from different bits of the world. The house is conveniently 1hr45mins from JFK and an easy drive from the city. The house was very spacious and perfect for a long weekend. Nick was very responsive and truly went above and beyond trying to get the pool working off season for us. The property is about a 10min car ride from the Southampton Main Street with loads of good restaurants. We also really enjoyed the sauna. Thank you Nick!

I cannot say enough amazing things about this house - our stay was absolutely sublime. The decor was immaculately curated, the house had all the supplies required to cook family meals, the sunset was to die for, and we had an absolute blast at the pool. Communicating with Dan and Tabitha was great, very professional and responsive. The home was incredibly clean - it was the nicest AirBnb I've ever stayed in BY FAR, already looking forward to booking again. THANK YOU!

We had a great stay. The house is in a very nice location close to all the towns. Tina was fantastic. The pool and tennis courts were in great shape.

We had an incredible stay at this beautiful 6-bedroom home in the Hamptons! The property was spotless, spacious, and perfectly set up for a relaxing getaway. Each room was thoughtfully designed, with comfortable beds and plenty of natural light. The kitchen was fully equipped, making it easy to cook meals and gather as a group. The outdoor space was a highlight-peaceful, private, and perfect for morning coffee or evening drinks. The heated tub was an absolute dream, especially during the cooler days. The kids spent hours swimming, lounging, and soaking up the serene surroundings. The location was also ideal-close to beaches, shops, and great restaurants, yet tucked away enough to feel like a true escape. The host was responsive, welcoming, and made check-in seamless. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend this home for families or groups looking for a memorable Hamptons retreat. We’d love to come back!

This house was exactly what our group was looking for. It sleeps 12 people comfortably and it’s very large. A quick walk from the jitney with 5 parking spots, it was perfect for all guests and their respective method of transportation. The backyard is also VERY spacious. There’s a grill, tennis court, etc. plenty of things to do — there’s never really a reason to leave during your stay. The house also has really nice energy. It’s quaint, gets beautiful light and is really charming! I would stay here again :)

A great stay! The home was just as pictured, with all the amenities. Our kids loved playing in the big backyard (they even had yard toys!) and the home was squeaky clean. Would stay again!

We had an amazing stay and highly recommend!!! This was the perfect location for a quick getaway outside the city while still being close to great restaurants, vineyards and beaches! The house was spacious and had everything we needed. The backyard was peaceful, private and we loved the hot tub! Akriti and Scott were extremely responsive and helpful and we can’t wait to return for another trip!

Wonderful experience renting from Lily. The kitchen was well stocked with every dish and kitchen tool that we needed for the two families of 4 during our stay. Having two side by side outdoor showers was a game changer and made the entire experience super easy for a large group like ours post-beach every day. Would definitely recommend.

We just spent an unforgettable weekend at J.P’s beautiful house, and we can't wait to be back! The house is absolutely beautiful, with impeccable taste and attention to detail. But what truly makes this property shine is its phenomenal location. Right in the middle of East Hampton and Amagansett and a 15 minute drive to Sag Harbor— couldn’t have asked for more. Also Carissa’s bakery is just a 6 minute walk. And, of course, no Hampton's experience is complete without a visit to Goldberg's for their classic lox and bagels - which is also a short walk away. The house itself is spacious, bright, and beautifully appointed, with everything you need to unwind and relax. Every room is nice and cozy and the kitchen is stunning with everything you need to cook with the amazing produce available at the so many farm stands around the area. (We loved Balsam and Amber Waves) J.P. was incredibly responsive and thoughtful, providing excellent recommendations and ensuring our stay was perfect.

Highly recommend!! Debbie was more than accommodating and responsive throughout the whole process! The house is is an amazing location! You can walk to get coffee, shop or eat within a 5-10 min walk. House was very well exactly like the pictures and spotless!

Such a charming and cozy house, the photos don’t do it justice! Clean, well appointed, and comfortable. We had everything we needed and felt right at home. From the house we were able to walk to the beach (about 30-40 minutes along a safe route with sidewalks). The town is a quick 5 minute drive. We enjoyed the pool and the beautiful lawn. Ed made the whole experience seamless by being super responsive and helpful whenever we had a question.

Excellent stay! Hosts were responsive and very helpful. The house is absolutely beautiful, the pictures do not do it justice. The location is perfect and we had a wonderful time. Staying at Amy's place was perfect for my friends and I while we're out on the North Fork for a wedding. Amy was very responsive with any questions we had. We were all very comfortable in the main living area as well as our bedrooms. The house was conveniently located to the wedding venue and my friends were also very happy that it was located near some pickleball courts. Thank you Amy for a wonderful stay.

We had an amazing stay at Michael’s Airbnb this past weekend! The space was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and well-equipped with everything we needed. Michael was a fantastic host: super responsive, thoughtful, and made us feel completely at home. The location was perfect for a relaxing getaway, and the setting was even more beautiful in person. Sarah was very helpful and communicated often and very responsive. All amenities were as described. Very private location and the pool was awesome. The home also offered quality cooking items and many of the spices, supplies, etc. needed to prepare meals. Beds were comfortable and plenty of space for our group to spread out and relax. Highly recommend.

Christine tiene un lugar maravilloso, tranquilo muy lindo y pensó en absolutamente todo para que uno se sienta cómodo y que no hiciera falta nada, había de todo lo que uno llegara a necesitar en la casa y también para los niños. We enjoyed our stay very much. The view from the house is amazing. The accommodation is well equipped, everything is there to make you feel at home. We would love to visit again!

My family and I truly enjoyed our stay. David was a great host and gave in-depth information about check in, restaurants and grocery stores which was very helpful. It’s a lovely home which I highly recommend!

Alessandro was the best host I’ve had to date. He responded almost immediately every time, was accommodating with check in and check out times. It was mid April but we wanted to use the pool. He was nice enough not to only hear the pool for us but to start heating it 1 day in advance of our stay so it was ready when we got there. The house is beautifully renovated and sparkly clean. Beds were comfortable linens were great. We brought our two young girls and he had a few toys kept away that kept them entertained. The swing set was a major draw and a huge hit with our girls. The kitchen is fantastic. So comfortable to cook and socialize around. We used the outdoor grill and the air fryer. Town was close but it was such a pleasure to cook here we just stayed in. I’d stay here again no doubt. Aside from the place being great, Having a good welcoming host really makes the experience so much better. Thank you Alessandro for an amazing stay.
