What a wonderful place to stay on the north fork! A perfect spot, on the water…. A perfectly charming, clean , comfortable, home away from home….Lots of water activities, close to all shopping, Wineries, and local beaches; a quiet get-a-way to unplug , restore and renew :) we will definitely be back!

Our family really loved staying at Cathy’s place. Our 14-month-old grandson was with us, so we especially liked the big fenced-in backyard that he enjoyed exploring. Other things that made it a great vacation include the walkable access from the backyard to the beach, beach cruisers in the shed, the grill, and the fire pit for evening chats. The house is comfortable and charming, and as others have said, the kitchen is well equipped for making meals. The location is a great jumping off point to other areas of the Hamptons. Cathy is also a great host. She provided a list of restaurants & activities to check out and replied quickly to a couple of questions I had. We are glad we chose this house for our trip!

We LOVED this place! It had everything we needed and was super quiet and peaceful. The beach was absolutely spectacular. Would definitely come again.

This is a Bauhouse-style minimalistic home featuring clean lines, attractive light colors, and efficiency. Everything is stylish, clean and works nicely. The house is located in a mixed rural/residential area minutes from Southampton village and the beaches. There is some traffic noise froma nearby road, but not at night. We stopped noticing it the next day. Betsy is the owner and a kind and responsive host. We had a nice stay here.

We came to the Hamptons for a wedding and really lucked out finding Mark’s beautiful home. The setting is gorgeous, set in a horse farm with pond, tennis courts, pool. The home is clean and super comfortable . But the best part of our stay was meeting Mark and Julie and getting a feel of what it is like to live in the Hamptons. Really- so lucky to have found this place!

Listing was exactly as advertised: a charming, cozy cottage in Trumbull, had all the necessities, lots of shops and stores within driving distance. Loys of room, perfect for large families. Stephanie was very welcoming and super responsive. Would love to stay again next time we visit CT!

Lovely, lovely! Nice contemporary house, designed by Elizabeth. Cozy bedroom, beautiful bathroom. Elizabeth was most gracious and friendly, and little Luca is a bonus. You won’t regret this one.

We stayed for our honeymoon - long weekend and first time Hamptons visitors. Very clean, organized and cozy space with nice decorations. All amenities listed were available. We really enjoyed the hot tub and firepit, very peaceful and private area. You should have a car to get around to restaurants, shops, and other outdoor activities. Lots of areas were walking, bike, and scooter friendly. There were so many beautiful views of the water!! Would stay here again, great value.

Amazing house and a beautiful stay. So peaceful, comfortable living space, well appointed kitchen, and very charming backyard. Nicole was very quick to respond to questions, great communication. Hoping to be back soon!

The perfect place for 8 friends to stay for a wedding! Great location near vineyards, breweries and restaurants. The house was very clean with plenty of room for guests and super comfortable beds.

Our family of four was in the area for a wedding. The house was adorable and chock full of amenities. Milk, butter, cream cheese and bagels in the fridge. And bottles of water, in the fridge and next to the bed. There were bundles of towels , beautifully folded for each person. Snacks in a basket in the living room. The bathroom was fully equipped with all necessities. Board games galore and so beautifully presented. Only 10 minutes from the wedding venue and very close to a few farm stands. We would definitely stay again.

We enjoyed our stay at the farm house. There were a few technical challenges during our stay; but the host was extremely responsive and worked to fix the issue same day. Highly recommend the property and the host! Thank you!

We were very happy with our stay in Greenport. The house was very walkable to town and close to a local playground-- great for our kids. The house was small, but well laid out and it was nice to have 4 bedrooms. It was clean and the hosts were very flexible with an early check-in on Friday which we really appreciated for our toddler's nap. Thank you!

Beautiful home in a lovely location with plenty of activities to do and sites to see. Michael and Lauren were very responsive to our questions and made us feel welcomed. They also shared a comprehensive guide to the area which was very helpful since we are new to Greenport. We hope to be back soon!

This is our second time staying at David’s place and it was just as great. David is great with comms and the house is great for families and even hosting folks for dinner. The yard is great for our kids who loved running around, using the hammock, playing croquet, etc. Kitchen was great for cooking and the TV room was great for football.

Irene’s Southampton home is a next level retreat from the chaos of Manhattan to the relaxing tranquility of Southampton. Three bedrooms, 2 full baths one with a jacuzzi, two fireplaces, a perfect pool, and a backyard BBQ setup that belongs in a magazine. Walk to town, the train, coffee shops, food stores, wine bars and restaurants — and the beach is a quick, easy drive. Did I mention Tate’s Bake Shop is a quick walk away? Total convenience. But what really separates this stay is Irene herself — a hospitality pro who thinks two steps ahead of every guest need. Booking, arrival, questions — everything was frictionless and thoughtful. Bottom line: this isn’t just a place to stay, it’s a full reset on how good life can be.

This is wonderful home, especially if you are traveling as a family. We stayed with our two kids and two pups. We had such a great time. I can’t say enough about Andrew s hospitality, responsiveness as well as how well appointed and set his house was. He made sure it was possible and easy for us to get to the beach ( and this was my number one worry having an 8 month old and a 4 year old!). The beach, the restaurants, the bakery ( Carissa’s!)- were all amazing and biking distance or a very quick drive. A farm stand right around the corner - 5 mins walk. We had a very relaxing trip, and I was not expecting to relax this time at all!( skeptical me!). Andrew had everything we needed for the baby, and even let us use their excellent library of children’s books and arts and crafts. I definitely recommend Andrew s home and would stay there in a heartbeat. Thank you for a great stay.

Absolutely loved our time on the farm. As someone who grew up out on the North Fork it was a return home with the most beautiful surroundings. Post Labor Day, the pool was still open (and warm)! The sun was shining during our bike rides to the incredibly close beach, and we had fresh veggies from the farm stand, right out front, every day. Such a treat, cannot wait to stay again and make some more great memories with family and friends.

We had a great stay at Zach’s house ! It was very clean and spacious. Perfect for our trip with the girls ! Close to the wineries and Greenport for shopping and dinner as well as the ferry. Updated bathrooms were beautiful. Pictures don’t do this place any justice you won’t be sorry booking this place. Thanks again for a great stay.

This is a great house in a beautiful location. The home is clean, easy to live in and well equipped. The living space worked really well for six people. We cooked many meals there and the kitchen had everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable and all the bedrooms had shades which were important with the early sunrise. The deck and pool areas are private and great to relax around. We spent a month in New Suffolk and would highly recommend it to anyone that wants a fun getaway. The area is full of really good wineries, restaurants, cute towns and farms. The weather was gorgeous! Out of our 30 days there in May/June, only two were cloudy and they cleared by mid afternoon. We walked everyday and enjoyed the quant town with beautiful homes, gorgeous water views, lots of wild life and friendly people. Though we had a couple of issues that could have happened in any house, Pam and Wayde were quick to respond and had everything fixed as soon as possible. They made sure that we were happy with the results. If we ever have the opportunity to be in the area again we hope that this “Hideaway” is available.

A quaint cottage that was sparkling clean. Access to the Peconic from a private dock with the available kayaks and canoes. There is a pristine built-in pool with new decking. There was a 10 minute drive to Hampton Bays town with great restaurants, grocery and shopping.
