Welcome to "Cabin on Swede Hill". Our family has farmed this land since 1871. My great grandparents, Swan and Johanna Johnson immigrated to America in the 1860's, found this land which was similar to Sweden. They raised their family here. Approximately 65 Swedish families settled in this community, became to be know as the "Swede Hills". We just received the Hoosier Homestead Award from Indiana celebrating the Sesquicentennial Award. Sun yourself on the patio, or nap in the shade of the covered porch. We're sure you will love this space as much as we do. Not suitable for children under 12, we strictly enforce no children and no pets. Outdoor relaxing space, gas grill. Fully stocked cabin, with breakfast items included for you to enjoy at your leisure.

Rejuven Acres - The Suite

With 23 acres of country, this Suite is perfect for reflecting and relaxing. Space includes a separate bedroom/bath, a great room w/bunk beds, kitchenette & a breakfast room. Enjoy the view out the picture window of the farm fields and big sky, play foos ball, POOL IS OPEN June-Sept, visit the animals, rest by the pond. There are sitting areas all around to inspire & a perimeter path to walk. There are dirt roads to travel, so drive slow & watch for deer. Winter roads are an adventure!

Cabin Unwind, tucked into the woods

This quiet TINY (144sq ft) gem, privately tucked away and yet very accessible, Cabin Unwind, has a seasonal porch, queen sized bed, a few 'kitchen appliances' and GREAT wifi. The HOUSE SHARED bathroom has it's own side entrance, across from the Cabin. There is a SUMMER SHARED porta-potty and proper shower, right close by, as well. WINTER GUESTS, please note...DON'T come down the driveway without PROPER WINTER tires! Leave your car at the turnaround and I'll gladly shuttle you and your gear.

The Rhubarbary Ruins - with an outdoor sauna

We have just added an outdoor sauna to this fabulous cabin in the woods behind our house. Although there is only 1 proper bedroom there is a sleeping loft with a queen size bed and window overlooking the hardwood forest. We also have a pull-out couch. Guests have complete privacy and everything provided for a comfortable stay This is a cabin with peaceful relaxation in mind....no loud parties or anything of that nature. Come and enjoy northern Michigan's beauty in all seasons.

The Coop at Vintage Grove Family Farm

Welcome! This charming little house is a repurposed chicken coop on the farm. Enjoy the quiet, country life with all the comforts from home. The Coop is located between the main house and the large barn on a small hobby farm. This is a working farm with large and small animals, however, there are no hens in the guest house! During your stay, you are welcome to wander through the barn and visit all the animals. We do not have a TV, however, the internet works great!
