Boasting old floorboards, original beams and quirky features, this historical semi-detached cottage allows guests to switch off from the outside world. The location benefits from easy access to countryside walks but it's also just a few minutes walk from charming shops, cafés and country pubs. Our first guests used the space as an escape to write their scripts and novels and we encourage all guests to relish in the romance of village living and explore their creativity.

The house has a spacious open plan living/dining area with separate kitchen, two spacious bedrooms, bathroom and courtyard garden. There is a comfy fold down king size Murphy bed in the living room. Included in your booking is a parking permit for one vehicle. Additional parking permit available for a small fee.

Boddington Mill is a stunning countryside retreat steeped in history and rural charm. The building retains industrial mill parts which intersect multiple levels for a unique and generous living space. Its south-facing garden includes outside dining, wood-fired hot tub, and large lawn, home to wildlife and fruit-bearing trees. Inside, the three king sized bedrooms feature luxury bedding beneath vaulted, oak-beamed ceilings and period windows.
