<p> It is our pleasure to introduce our newest and most southern accommodation at Slope Point, This holiday house features 3 bedrooms, one bathroom with an open plan living area. Ideal for families, small groups or a couple just wanting to relax and getaway. Totality surrounded by farm land, relax and enjoy country living. Television, fireplace, free wifi (basic needs only please) and fantastic views.  Washing machine and dryer if needed. cloths rack and outdoors line provided.   In Addition, we have a caravan point availalbe at the cottage for groupls.  please email direct for this option</p> <p> The cottage is located at 207 Slope Point Road.  Our recepton is at 164 Slope Point Road and main accommodation site. </p> <p> Currently we are experiancing technical difficulties which should be resolved in the near future. Waikawa House

Waikawa house is a lovely modern house with a big section, ideal for couples or families. Set on a quite and private section, enjoy the peaceful rural surrondings and beautiful native bird song. Waikawa House is in the middle of the southern Catlins "hot spots", less than 5 minutes walk from the estuary and less than 10 minutes drive to Curio Bay. Swim with the dolphins, watch the penguins come in to their nests in the evening and walk along a beautiful beach, enjoy many more local attractions.

Stunning sea side location of this beautiful new spacious beach house will provide a peaceful and quiet place to relax and enjoy the pristine Catlins Coast. Kaka points safe, lifeguard patrolled beach (summer) is across the road. House is located only 200m from the Point Cafe/store/bar and local play ground. Explore Nugget Pt and enjoy spotting the spectacular sea lions basking on the rocks. Hide away to watch the yellow eyed penguins arrive at Roaring bay. Local bush walks within 1 km.

Bungalow by the Sea

Our property is close to a beautiful beach which is accessed by a private track through dunes.Listen to the waves at night and walk the sandy Ocean View beach by day. The bungalow is 20 minutes from Dunedin's airport and 20 minutes drive to Dunedin's CBD. Green Island, a 6km drive away, offers a supermarket, McDonald's, Biggies pizza and other takeaway shops. The bungalow is pet friendly- please notify us when bringing a dog. Bedding is required as is respect for our furniture and linen.

Lakeside Cottage

Our homely warm cottage that was our family home for 18 years before we built further up the hill. Fully renovated, this cottage is situated on our sheep and beef 1500 acre farm, and is beside the Catlins Lake. Surrounded by trees, paddocks, farm animals and fresh country air, it is the perfect spot to unwind and explore the Catlins. Sit on the balcony, take in the peace and just chill. Farm trips to stunning sights on our farm or moving stock with Karl will be possible with notice.

Karaka Alpaca B&B Farmstay
