The apartment sits across from the 97th St boardwalk concessions, offering a delicious variety of food, live music, and dancing. I live in the apartment as well and will be here during your stay but work long hours so you won't even notice I am there.

My Space by the Beach

My spacious 2nd floor apartment is located 1 block from the ocean. A 5 minute walk or $5 cab to all the west end nightlife. A $5 cab to the train station that goes to NYC. You have an ocean view from the front windows. The south side deck can be used for BBQing. I can provide a grill and outdoor table w/ chairs. The building is quiet and the tenants are friendly. You will not regret staying in My Space by the Beach!
