The cottage is located just behind the US Embassy on a private street with around the clock security, so I felt very safe. The cottage itself was very comfortable and relaxing. It's only about a 8 minute walk to the beach and all the restaurants on the beach. The Fish Fry area is a little over a mile away, but you can take the bus for 1.50. The two restaurants we tried there, Goldie's and Oh' Andros weren't very good. I was very disappointed with my overall experience with the restaurants in the area. My savior was the McDonald's just down the street from the cottage. This was my first time in the Bahamas and more than likely my last. The beach was beautiful, but I'm from South Florida...

This is the second time my group has stayed here. We loved it so much we came back! The best views and water access, great sleeping for large groups, and solid kitchen. Hoping to come back again soon!

Tanique runs a first class operation, she and her family all greeted us with big smiles, and made us feel right at home. The house is also extremely nice and exceptionally well furnished. This house is soooooooo much better than is described and shown in the pictures. This is a beautiful home with lots of window light shinning throughout. Whenever I travel to Nassau with my family I will stay here. My family of 6 spent a very comfortable and outstanding week in this home. All of the 4 well furnished bedrooms are upstairs with 2 full bathrooms , one of which is located in the master bedroom at the top of the stairs. The kitchen has eveything needed to cook meals for a family of 6 and the gas grill is very clean. The swimming pool is clean and is nicely maintained. The patio and deck around the pool was very well lit with ceiling fans outside of the pool house. There is ample seating outside around the pool. My family and I spent a good amount of time sitting around the pool in the evening. The temperature was perfect at night. The beach is literally a 2 min walk away and is very clean with public bathrooms. My family felt very safe in this home and at the beach.

Since we were landing on Xmas Day, couldn’t get a rental car until the next day, and weren’t sure whether any restaurants would be open nearby, Faynell graciously volunteered to hit the supermarket on our behalf before we arrived. What more do you need to know about her hospitality? House is nice, neighborhood quiet but about a 5-15 minute drive from most of what you’d want to do. You will want a rental car!

Don's place is incredible. A beautiful home, well kept, clean, and comfortable. The neighborhood is nice, there's shopping nearby, and theres hornets to take you right downtown. Don and Samantha were gracious hosts, met us at the house when we arrived, checked in throughout the stay, and were always quick with a response. Thanks guys!

We had a great stay. Janis was helpful and flexible with our schedule. The place is brand new and has lots of amenities. We will be back again!

Had an amazing time with family at this beautiful home. Had everything we needed at the home. The house was clean, spacious, and decorated beautifully!

Our flight was delayed and we got in very late, we were still met at the villa and then the next day met again to show us around in the daylight!

The design and amenities were top-tier, and everything was spotless and well maintained. The location is unbeatable, just minutes from Baha Mar, a short walk to the beach, and surrounded by some of the best restaurants in Nassau. Whether you’re into fine dining, casual eats, or beachside lounging, everything is right there. A huge shoutout to Sophia the host, she was incredibly warm, welcoming, and responsive. You can tell she truly cares about her guests having a great experience, and it made all the difference. I would 100% stay here again. If you’re looking for a beautiful, well-located stay in Nassau with a host who goes above and beyond, this is the place to book!

Beautiful house, easy walk to the beach, ample parking, safe area, 2 min drive to Port Lacaya marketplace with several good restaurants. We loved having coffee on the veranda every morning, and cocktails at night. We did pay extra to have the hot tub heated for part of our stay. Susie's assistant, Nikki met us at the house and gave us instructions and walked us to the beach access. They provided 4 beach chairs which we really appreciated. Both Nikki and Suzie were readily available to give us advice on things to do and to answer questions. The house was in a really convenient location. I did rent a car which made it easy to get around the island. I would highly recommend booking this home for your vacation to Freeport.

Cassius's Listing Was Great, But His Hospitality Was Phenomenal ! He Treated Us Like Family & Welcomed Us With Open Arms.. The Feeling Was So Surreal & We Did Not Want It To End.. The Boys Loved The Pool & The Basketball Court .. His Listing Was Accurate & Looked Like The Photos ..
