Modja Modja House is more than an Airbnb—it’s a design-led stay with Japanese-influenced interiors where comfort and creativity meet. The Admiralty Suite is our signature top-floor penthouse-style suite, offering a spacious and characterful retreat above the rooftops of Ramsgate. Blending Georgian charm with modern boutique styling, the suite features elevated town views with glimpses of the sea from its cosy snug area, which can also accommodate a child. Accessed via a smaller, steeper staircase, the suite rewards guests with a unique and private top-floor experience just moments from the Royal Harbour and coastline.

The Bedford Inn, Room 4

Brand new, Custom designed room above the best pub in town (well we think so) Room 4 - Rich colours, modern furnishings and fittings. Underfloor heating, small fridge and all the expected luxuries in a room. To ensure a good nights rest, the pub garden is closed from 10 PM onwards. Additionally, we offer the convenience of adding drinks to your stay, so you can have something ready upon your arrival. Simply inform us about your preferences, and we will be more than happy to assist you.

Number Four at the Hugo - King Junior Suite Canterbury

Wake up to a freshly brewed Nespresso coffee before heading out into the historic city of Canterbury. This breathtaking room will amaze and enthral with its rich colour scheme, seating area, large shower room, and sumptuous king-sized bed. You have full, private access to your room and en-suite shower room, just like in a hotel. We provide daily servicing between 11am and 3pm. Check-in is fully automated. Please note that this is a listed building; access is via stairs.

The Grade II listed Georgian townhouse has five guest rooms, each individually designed, with unusual, one-off pieces of furniture and sleek, contemporary bathrooms. The emphasis in our kitchen is on homemade, local, and seasonal produce and breakfasts are freshly made and served, on winter days, in front of a crackling fire. Belvidere Place has a small courtyard garden which has with some unusual plants and provides us with some herbs for the kitchen.

Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located studio apartment in the heart of Folkestone. This studio is light and bright with king size bed, luxury Emma mattress, a fully equipped kitchen.
