A perfect stay! The location is ideal — in a super quiet neighborhood yet close to everything Austin has to offer. The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Communication with the host was easy and smooth. I would definitely recommend it and would love to stay here again!

This place was a great location to stay if visiting MD Anderson. We were there for 6-7 weeks and the owner was very prompt in fixing any issues that we had. The owner was very flexible with our stay since we weren't sure how long we would be at MD. Owner was going out of country and made sure we were able to get in touch with him or his proxy to fix any problems that might have arisen in his absence. Front office was also very helpful. We were extremely pleased with our stay and highly recommend this property.

I had a wonderful stay at Elena’s place! The home was spotless, cozy, and had everything I needed. Elena was a fantastic host, responsive, kind, and thoughtful. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and the location was perfect for my trip. I’d definitely stay here again when I’m back in the area. Highly recommend!

Very peaceful and loved sitting outside at night listening to pool bubbling and light reflecting off water. Pretty dark except from people in other balconies with very bright string lights on all night, every night. But they have curtains to block that out.

We had a great stay! Our only complaints would be the pool was closed for maintenance for 3 of the 4 days we were there. I understand this had nothing to do with Airbnb or our host, it was just a minor inconvenience. Also our balcony had 2 pigeons nested up in the lower corner. We were told to operate as normal, but sadly that was not possible with our pup. Both of these issues were communicated to me a couple days prior to our stay. I wish notice was given before paying the remainder of the trip, but also understand how that may not have been possible. Overall we had a wonderful time celebrating our Anniversary! The place was beautiful.

It was a quick getaway for my family. It was easy to get to and the instructions provided were straightforward and helpful. Quiet and peaceful stay and area. Close to the beach as described and easy access. Pool and hot tub were heated and clean. Overall a good experience, we would rent again. Thank you.

Our favorite part of our stay was the view from the balcony. Dead plants were on the patio which needed tending, but everything else was wonderful. Communication was good. We loved the covered parking & all the wildlife. Overall a wonderful trip.

Steve & Debi's place was perfect, everything was clean, all appliances worked great, walking distance to the beach with a peek of the ocean from the beautiful balcony chairs, the pool and hot tub were close as well, also they were very helpful with the questions we had

Greg was quick to respond and the place was super clean and nice. We had a nice relaxing time and enjoyed our stay. There was a lot to do at the facility and if you just wanted to relax the balcony was a nice place to soak it all in.

Was such a nice stay! Responded quickly and were extremely helpful. Pool wasn’t opened so we were offered a longer stay, which I thought was extremely nice. Wonderful host!

Condo was clean and accommodate a couple well. The location is fantastic. Close to the beach host picked up the phone right away when I called and was responsive with correspondence.

Second time we have stayed here. Starting to feel like “our place” for fishing trips. Will be back later this year for our next trip.

Great location and the pool/hot tub were great. Back yard was very private and a great place to spend time relaxing. Everything in the house was as described and in great condition. Excellent host! Highly recommended!

Absolutely beautiful air bnb with everything you’ll need and then some. Also in a very convenient area. Samuel Ryan was also an amazing host and made sure we were okay and taken care of. I highly recommend the air bnb to everyone visiting Tyler.

Amazing place! Was much bigger then it looked in the pictures. Danelle was quick to respond for any questions we had and had extra parking for our boats!

This house was so charming and homey! A fantastic space to unwind with family. I appreciated the higher-end furniture. The house was clean and the decor was wonderful. The house could use some updating… But that was not a problem for us because I loved the character. We loved being near the water and my family enjoyed the fishing. Nice quiet neighborhood ...we felt safe and enjoyed walking the dogs. We will be back for sure!

Nice, quiet place perfect for our group of 5. Was lovely to have the backyard to rest before taking an easy uber to other parts of the city. Awesome, responsive hosts!

Beautiful home. A little less private than the pictures portrayed but still a cool little neighborhood. Sauna worked great and although we didn’t use the hot tub, it was working and very clean. Love the bathroom outside too. Great house!

My daughter was graduating from Basic Training with the Air Force. Jamie & her husband left my daughter a special note with a challenge coin. They put out the Air Force flag as well as her Squad flag!! They left us a ‘borrow basket’ filled with things we would need for the graduation. We couldn’t have been happier!

Heidy was very proactive and responsive. No complaints, everything was as described and as expected. An item was left behind and Heidy is working with us to get it shipped back. Excellent customer service.
