Jason and Kristin were spectacular hosts! They were so responsive and accommodating to our questions and needs. Our family gathering at their beach house had everything required to have a comfortable and relaxing vacation. The house is beautiful and clean with plenty of space and calming views. The option to add the Beach Club access was an added bonus. We had a great time and would definitely come back!

This place was very quiet and pretty. I enjoyed the simplicity and Linde was very helpful. It was a great stay for thanksgiving

I wanted to celebrate my 60th birthday with a lovely water view and with my large family. We have the added consideration of my son-in-law, who has suffered a stroke and is seriously disabled. The house at Kemah was wonderfully perfect. The views over the bay are gorgeous - even on cloudy winter days. The home is spacious and we did not feel crowded. There is an elevator, which allowed my son-in-law be upstairs with us. The home owner provides plenty of things to do, including games and puzzles, ping pong, and fuze ball. Fishing on the lovely pier is another option. There is a prep table to fillet your catch and a refrigerator designated to store it, so the kitchen fridge stays fish-smell free. We stayed in for our meals, but the house is very close to the boardwalk and you can walk to restaurants and bars. 1 of 2 ovens is labeled out of service, and so is the fireplace. Also. the dishwasher doesn’t clean well. For us, these were not problems. We all hope to stay here again!

Collen and Erika have been amazing hosts. From the moment we book the house till after our stay, they made sure our experience was exceptional. The were able to accommodate a BBQ grill request, which was more than they had to do because I could have brought one. The beach house was extremely clean and comfortable, and we enjoyed the calm views and our time fishing.

We spent a wonderful weekend here, just a few steps away from the beautiful beach, with two families and our dogs. Wow, this house is newly built and equipped with everything you need for a perfect beach getaway. There was even a warm hot tub ready for us, and thoughtful amenities for our dogs as well! We've traveled to many places, but I can confidently say that the stay and the services provided here surpassed any 5-star hotel we've experienced. And the host, Jakeb, is incredibly kind and professional. If you're reading this, don't hesitate— and enjoy everything this place has to offer! Our families have already decided to return. Andrea was super helpful from the moment I booked until check out. We were delighted to find fresh baked cookies and blueberry cream cheese bread gifted to us for our stay. Such a thoughtful touch to an already amazing stay. The house was located in one of our favorite neighborhoods. It was neatly organized, clean and had everything you could need for a quick or even extended stay. There was plenty of space for my family of 5 to be able to spread out and enjoy our stay. The hosts were very communicative. Check in/out was very easy. We hope to return the next time we are in the area visiting our family.

Second beach house we rented in Jamaica beach and this one was my favorite. Beautiful home and super clean. Love the deck and all the amenities provided. Would definitely recommend this home and looking forward to renting this property again in the future.

This apartment was central to both NASA and the boardwalk. Didn’t take us more than 15 min to get anywhere we wanted to go. But I do think it’s misleading to say this unit is waterfront. You can’t see the water and have to walk past at least 40 other apartments to get to the water. Yes it’s NEAR the water but if you want to be waterfront this is not the unit for you. We had come from two other truly water front Airbnb’s before this one so was bummed about that. The apartment is older and it’s on a super busy road (the tv had to be on blaring to hear over the road noise) but we didn’t struggle sleeping so that’s good. It rained the whole time we were there and still had plenty to do in the area. We did indoor pickle ball, bowling & batting cages. I think for an inexpensive NEAR water apartment this is a good choice. But if you want ON water don’t book this unit. Host was super responsive and allowed an early check in which we appreciated a lot!

I love this home away from home. I stayed for 6 weeks and it was wonderful. Paul is very respectful and doesn't bother you at home. He had a small puzzle collections, which I loved! I also added a few to his collections. I would highly recommend his place he has everything you need and more. Very quiet and private.

Great place to stay!! Super close to our family we came down to see & a GREAT value!! There was quite a bit of construction going on when we stayed, but it was manageable and totally out of the hosts control, we made it work⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️❤️❤️!! We will most definitely be staying in the future!!

What can I say besides being at a affordable price, the host is great. I had to arrive early and he was so nice to allow me to arrive before the check-in time. He is very helpful, very responsive. Every message I sent him, he would respond within 10 minutes tops. The place is just perfect for what we needed. It is only 1 bedroom but oh so spacious. Has the basic amenities, coffee maker, pots and pans, utensils and plates, napkins. I travel for work so I carry my cooking spices and cooking utensils with me but it is a very clean, spacious place. The apartments may look outdated but Vince has updated his place to a more modern look so that was nice. I would and will definitely look for him again if the need arises.
