This is a very quiet neighborhood where you may want to go for a walk, visit the park or even better, check out the many exciting happenings going on all around you! Our house is right next door and across the street from our house is Seabreeze Park.

A comfortable queen size bed welcomes you to enjoy a peaceful night of sleep at the Lookout. This tiny house has a kitchenette that has a fridge, microwave and beverage makers. I provide coffee and tea and a few snacks for you upon arrival. The bungalow is located on the back of the property on the second floor of a back house.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. This was truly a bay getaway before digital games and internet. There are two bookcases with hard bound books, card tables, and reading lamps. There is TV with WIFI and internet, a ductless HVAC system and a large 100'x 125' lot This cottage is very suitable for work away from home environment. A separate table and 2 office chairs are available for a work area that can be closed off from the rest of the house during the day.

We are adults only shared backyard, clothing optional where you can enjoy our outside palapa with full kitchen, cooktop, fridge, commercial ice maker, Weber gas grill, gas fireplace, fire pit with seating area, 12 person heated spa, optional heated pool, outdoor bathroom with hot/cold shower. Inside your private casita with full kitchen, queen pillow top mattress. There is only 2 guests in your unit. No additional guests allowed.
