Lake Front Cabin, Qualicum Beach

Private Lakefront Cabin 15 minutes north of Qualicum Beach on Vancouver Island. This Cabin is beautiful in all Seasons and has full amenities. There is two bedrooms with Queen beds, and a kids bunk room has 3 single beds. One Bathroom with a Shower. A large main room with fireplace. Cabin is situated above a lovely stretch of beach, a perfect spot to catch the sun or launch your kayak or canoe. Enjoy quiet days paddling, fishing or swimming on this non-power lake or explore the wooded trails.

The Garden House

Our get-a-way is an oasis on a beautiful island, at the end of the road. We are very close to Fillongly Park with its beaches, views of nearby Hornby Island, and old growth trails along the creek. Our garden house is tucked behind the main house. It's surrounded by abundant landscape, woodland, a seasonal stream, and our horse pasture. The house and it's surroundings are private and peaceful. You may see the horses, a peacock, tree frogs and deer, but you won't see any traffic or crowds.

Our beautiful waterfront cabin has been updated and renovated. New kitchen, dishwasher, heat pump for air conditioning and air filtration, new decks and fresh paint throughout. You will love the view and the open space concept. It's a great place to relax, go for walks on the beach or swim in the ocean. This cabin is perfect for families with children, couples or groups of friends .Spend time together, make meals in the fully equipped kitchen or have a BBQ while making lasting memories.

Backyard cabin with loft bed and outdoor shower

Sweet little backyard cabin to hide away. Minutes to the beach and moments to the woods. Breathe the fresh air. There is a double loft bed accessed by ladder. Half bath (outdoor shower) Shower is small tank but hot water for 2 minutes. Basics for a cup of tea or coffee and light breakfast. Mini fridge and microwave but NO KITCHEN Please note: there is no cooking area and cabin is max 2 people. Unfortunately, due to liability, no children under age of 12 since bed is accessed by a high ladder

Harbour Lanehouse: Coast Getaway

The Harbour Lanehouse is located in Pender Harbour on the Sunshine Coast. Newly renovated, this private guesthouse is steps away from the public dock at Whiskey Slough, and minutes away from multiple public beaches, boat accesses, Francis Point Provincial Park, and Madeira Park town centre for groceries, dining, liquor, and more. The bright, modern, Lanehouse offers fully level entry, on-site parking, and completely renovated interior with full kitchen, living, bathroom and separate bedroom.

Across from Little Tribune Bay, and a 7 minute walk to Big Tribune Beach, this loft style cabin offers true serenity on Hornby Island. Set at the back of a peaceful ten acre blueberry farm this little 'gem' is quiet and secluded. Suitable for a couple and one child. Electric heat and wood stove. Full kitchen with everything you will need for a holiday! Everything supplied, except sheets and towels. * we currently don’t allow dogs but may consider them at certain times of year- ask us!

Margo's Seashore Villa

Peaceful oceanside garden suite with covered patio area, fire table and BBQ. Steep path to private beach. Enjoy panoramic ocean view from your suite and watch otters play and whales spout. Eagles soar from treetops and hummingbirds zip about the garden. Newly renovated suite boasts fully equipped kitchen. A bathroom for pampering with tub/shower and heated floors. King bedroom with electric fireplace (no window) and second bedroom with bunkbed (curtained off from main living area)

Helliwell Bluffs

Curved boat like getaway adjacent and overlooking Helliwell Park, it's in the grassy oak grove meadowlands with spectacular open southern views, beach below. Featured in handmade builders of the Pacific Northwest. Stone, cedar, stainless steel, driftwood and sod. The house is best as getaway for 2 with occasional guests in separate bedrooms. all amenities plus a fireplace, heated stone floors and outside bathtub. Watch the storms or the full moon from the bedroom.

This 2-BR unit is one of 3 in a quiet building. The walk-on beach is lovely, the view is breathtaking, from summer heat to winter storms, it is peaceful, serene and some days the sound of the surf, eagles and herons are all you hear. There are many excursions close by including mountain biking, skiing, fishing, boating and hiking. The Valley is nature personified and Kye Bay is a jewel - the breath of sea air in the morning is worth the visit for sure!

We have updated The Hideout and look forward to welcoming the world back at the end of summer 2025!! The Hideout grew from a vision we had when we moved to the Coast in 2020. With the desire to share our dream of living amongst the trees, tucked away from the world, The Hideout was created. Wrapped in hand milled cedar, fir and hemlock this space was designed to remind us to slow down, breathe deep and take it all in.
