The little Oasis

The small oasis is a former horse stable, lovingly converted into a tiny house. It's a small tower with an area of 12 sqm per level. It has a 160 cm wide bed, a desk, a fitted kitchen with a seating area and a bathroom with a shower. It is located in the middle of the popular Paulusviertel and has a small garden for shared use. Opposite there is a bakery and a bike rental station. 5 minutes away is the Reileck with cafés, restaurants and tram stop. You can get to the train station in 15 minutes.

Beautiful House in the middle of Germany

Feedback of guests: We stayed for 2 nights in this very spacious, clean and comfortable apartment. The kitchen was well equipped and the bathroom had very modern fittings including a large walk-in shower. The bed was comfortable and there was an attractive living room. Although the apartment is in a rural area, the town of Halle is within 10 miles and the nearest supermarket is only about 2 miles away. We had a very enjoyable stay in this lovely apart. located in quiet and peaceful surroundings.

Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Bahnhof (900m) sind fußläufig erreichbar, ebenso die Innenstadt. Imbissmöglichkeiten, Straßenbahnhaltestelle und 24 h Tankstelle sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. Der Hufeisensee mit Golfplatz lädt zum Baden, spazieren, erholen u. Golfen ein. Mit dem Auto in 5 min. erreichbar.

Ruhige 2 - Raum Wohnung (60 qm) mit Saaleblick Es handelt sich um eine Wohnung im Gartengeschoss mit privater Terrasse mit Blick auf die Saale. Die Wohnung verfügt über ein Badezimmer mit ebenerdiger Dusche, ein großes Wohnzimmer mit Essbereich, ein Schlafzimmer und einer voll ausgestatteten Küche. Die Wohnung ist ca. 60 qm groß. Die Einrichtung ist modern und beinhaltet z.b. ein Boxspringbett (1,8 m) im SZ sowie eine Schlafcouch im WZ und Gartenmöbel.

Ganz oben in unserem denkmalgeschützten Jugendstil Townhouse haben wir für euch das Adlernest vorbereitet. Die kleine Gästewohnung mit ❄️Klimaanlage❄️, Badezimmer und Miniküche samt Kühlschrank umfasst das gesamte 4. Obergeschoss. Handtücher und Bettzeug sind vorhanden. Eure Fahrräder etc. könnt ihr bequem und sicher in der großen Toreinfahrt abstellen. Tips für Parkplätze in der Nachbarschaft könnt ihr auf Nachfrage bekommen.
