Sandy è stata un'oste accogliente e precisa che opera con organizzazione e in sordina. Vi manderà tutte le indicazioni per conoscere i luoghi vicini ma soprattutto vi darà informazioni precise sulla casa. Ho adorato questo, l'arredamento, la cucina attrezzata come quella di casa e addirittura le piante aromatiche al davanzale.

Appartamento molto bello in pieno centro e in posizione strategica per visitare la città. Era pulito e dotato di ogni accessorio. Viaggiando in auto, abbiamo apprezzato moltissimo il garage, posto a breve distanza dalla casa. La comunicazione con l'host è stata perfetta e puntuale. Paola è stata inoltre molto disponibile a venire incontro alle nostre necessità. Assolutamente consigliato.

For our family vacation, three couples and a 1-year old, the place was perfect. The ability to spend the heat of the day in the huge pool or inside the refreshing lodging made the stay excellent. The place is close to groceries, pharmaceuticals, restaurants, local sites, cities, etc. Ken was always responsive to whatever issue we brought up and his quick replies were greatly appreciated.

Perfect place to stay in Trastevere! Great restaurants and bars down the street. Andrea’s was amazing, very present and helpful.

Nous avons conversé avec le service de conciergerie Simonetta et Silvia qui ont été très réactives et ponctuelles. Nous avons eu un Check in avancé en raison de notre vol, Le ménage était en cours et nous avons été rassurées. Pour 5 participants l L’appartement est parfait, une chambre, chacune avec une literie très confortable. Il manque un peu de lumière naturelle parce que c’est un rez-de-chaussée. Il y a deux serviettes par convives une paire de chaussons gracieusement offerte. Un dépôt de bagages est aussi à côté des appartements, bien pratique. Couldn’t fault host nor house! Perfect place and perfect host! Had full family of six (14, 17, 19, 24 years old) and plenty to do and see. Highly recommend Bracciano Castle, eating in Travignano, walking up to the national park behind the house, swimming in the lake…and more. We intended to go to Rome, but we were glad to not to have to drive….and left it to do on our last day. It wasn’t long enough, but we had a good day in Rome and the train is very easy from the airport. Giorgia and Bechara were great. Very clear with everything and very warm and welcoming. Would love to go back.

Consiglio a tutti di soggiornare qui. Casa bellissima con tutto il necessario per il soggiorno. La Signora è stata super gentile, ci ha fatto trovare acqua e latte in frigo e una super torta fatta da lei per colazione. Pulizia a livelli top. La zona è molto tranquilla, vicino ci sono supermercati, bar, farmacie. Facile raggiungere il centro di Perugia in macchina. Ci siamo trovati benissimo come se fossimo a casa. Dovessimo ritornare a Perugia non avrei dubbi: ritornerei sicuramente qui.

Un petit havre de paix au cœur de la Ville Éternelle, proche de tous les points d'intérêt et monuments, et près du quartier Trastevere avec de nombreux restaurants et bars très sympathiques. Une pépite pour un séjour à Rome, l'appartement est idéal, très confortable, tout était parfait. Je ne peux que vivement recommander ! Merci pour tout !
