You are warmly welcome to a renovated, 86 m2, spacious detached house in Tervola. Tervola is just over an hour from Rovaniemi, half an hour from Kemi, Tornio and Haparanda. The house is located along a public road, but in its own peace, surrounded by forest. You can reach the destination, for example, by renting car from the city. Spacious living room (1 bed), cozy kitchen, 2 bedrooms, each with 2 beds, toilet and wood-fired sauna with bathroom. Air source heat pump. Extra beds when ask.

Kotimme on uusi omakotitalo Kemijoen rannalla, 12 km Rovaniemeltä Kemin suuntaan. Talo on luonnonkauniilla, rauhallisella alueella. Kodissamme on kaikki nykyaikaiset tilat ja laitteet, automaattinen lämmitys ja ilmastointi. Sauna, kylpyhuone ja WC, ilmainen WIFI, pyykinpesu/kuivauskone, astianpesukone, induktioliesi/uuni, takka jne. Avoin terassi Kemijoen suuntaan. Kotimme on suurenmoinen erityisesti lapsiperheille. Tilava ja rauhallinen piha antaa lapsille mahdollisuuden ulkoiluun.

Lapland cabin by a lake

This small, traditional, Lappish, log cabin is located at lake Norvajärvi with direct access to lake in both winter and summer time. Enjoy the lake view and forest around you, immerse to the nature and its sounds and smells and marvel the northern lights or cosy up by the open fire in winter. We are 20km out from Rovaniemi city and driving time is apprx 30min. Cabin has electricity but no running water. We bring you drinking water and water for washing in sauna is taken from the lake.

Uudehko kaksio Rovaniemen ydinkeskustassa, palveluiden välittömässä läheisyydessä. Tämä upea asunto on täydellinen lomakoti! Kaupungin kulttuuritarjonta avautuu heti kotioveltasi kauppakeskuksineen ja ravintoloineen, ja Napapiirille sekä Joulupukin Pajakylään lähtee bussi aivan talon edestä. Viidennen kerroksen asunnosta avautuu näkymä Vanhalle torille ja kauniin Ounasjoen suuntaan. Asuntoon on saatavilla myös erillinen auto-hallipaikka (kysy varattaessa saatavuus). Talossa on hissi.

Voin mahdollisuuksien mukaan vuokrata autoa kyselyjä vastaan. Kohteessa on sisäsaunan lisäksi erillinen rantasauna. Kaupungin palvelut ovat kohtuullisen ajomatkan päässä. Cozy room with bathroom, kitchenette and French balcony near city center. 140cm wide bed. Bed sheets, towels, and cooking utensils. TV. Microwave, washing machine. In a cellar there’s drying room. Supermarket, bus station, and train station within walking distance. There's a free parking along Karhunkaatajantie. You can also park to the in yard for 3 hours with a parking disc. If necessary, transport is arranged through us. Rowing boat and bicycles for renters. Local company offer different activities according to the seasons. Feel free to ask! We agree on a case-by-case basis whether we allow pets. Public beach within walking distance.

Holiday Home Lumimarja

Welcome to the middle of nature to enjoy the cozy atmosphere of a log cabin. This holiday home, built in 2013, is located only about a 30-minute drive from the center of Rovaniemi and Santa Claus Village. The cabin has two bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen, a fireplace, and a wood-fired sauna where you can experience the Finnish sauna culture. There is also a private lean-to (laavu) on the premises.
