Bohemian Dreams at a Plant-filled Design Loft near the Beach

The loft was here before we moved in. It is one of the oldest buildings in Poblenou. The apartment was transformed into a big open space that includes a kitchen, a dining area, a sofa, a TV, an office space, and the bedroom. The place is in the ground floor, so it is accessible by disabled people and family with a child. We enjoy the afternoon sun and the mornings. We have sun shining into the entrance and the terrace. We've kept a lot of the industrial fittings in the space, and a lot of the furniture we've implemented follows this industrial design. One should not forget that it used to be an industrial space until earlier this year, and it's not a conventional apartment. It's one big open space, and the guest room is separated. Guests will have full access to the apartment. The accommodation includes a big open kitchen, dining area, sofa and TV area, bathroom, bedroom, terrace and plenty of space. We are usually available and love to interact with our guests. However, there are moments in which we are not available to our guests because we have our own plans. We also respect the fact that you may have plans, and don't have time to interact with us. However, we would like to enjoy a meal together at least, either a brunch or an evening snack. Our neighborhood is a vibrant, and up and coming area of Barcelona, it's a maximum 5 minutes walk to the beach, and the yellow Metro line crosses just straight outside the apartment. You need to remember the Selva de Mar stop. Around the block, there are some small restaurants and bars, there is a big supermarket called Mercadona for late night snack shopping (until 9:15 pm) or in Diagonal shopping center (until 10:00 pm). Or if you need to buy red wine for dinner. If you walk another two blocks to the South you'll find the Rambla del Poblenou, that is a pedestrian street and has numerous bars and restaurants of different quality. The Rambla Poblenou is straight all the way from Diagonal to the beach. If you like to eat tapas we can recommend you a restaurant that it is called La Tertulia in La Rambla del Poblenou or the another option is Bitacoras Restaurant near to the Rambla. If you like to eat Mexican food, “Los chilis” in La Rambla del Poblenou is a very good choice. But if you´re vegan or vegetarian, there is a vegan restaurant in front of the apartment, inside the Factory/Garden (Palo Alto) which opens Monday to Saturday. The last recommendation is “El Traspaso” which is in the corner and it is good option for the night:) You can end the night with a good cocktail and a Bloody Mary. The metro yellow line runs opposite to the beach, 5 minutes walk distance and the metro station you should look for is Selva de Mar. One thing to remember is that we are having our business registered in the space, we are freelancers, and work from home, but if someone asks, you are simply friends visiting us. Poblenou is a vibrant, up-and-coming area, with small cafes, art studios, and a pedestrian street with many restaurants and bars. The beach is just five minutes' walk away, and the yellow Metro line crosses right outside the apartment.

House with first quality finishes in all spaces, lounge carefully worked with modernist tiles made by Gaudí, kitchen Bulthaup, upstairs suite with rustic natural oak wood flooring, sleeping area with king-size bed, bathroom with original ceiling… It is a vintage house completely renovated with lots of light all day and with a large garden of 350 m2 to enjoy the relaxing area in the middle of the trees. Very close to the train station and only 15 minutes from Barcelona both by car and by train.

Loft independiente de 30 mtr2 dentro del espacio de mi casa, totalmente privado de nueva construcción con mucha luz natural gracias a sus 5 ventanas todas al exterior. La piscina es de uso privado del Loft y casa. Situado en zona residencial muy tranquila a 800 metros de la estación de tren de Barbera con la que llegas a Barcelona en 15 minutos y a 200 metros de la parada de autobús directo a Barcelona, a centro comercial y también autobús directo a la UAB. Situado a 7' en coche de la UAB.

Muy bien conectado con Barcelona, tanto en coche, como en tren. El alojamiento tiene todo lo necesario para pasar una estancia agradable y relajada. Ideal para dos personas. Está pensado para 2 personas y cuenta con 1 cama doble. En caso que sea necesario, también hay un sofá para una tercera persona.

Grand & Cozy Loft with Indoor Patio in Sitges

Gaze through an incredible arched window that extends almost across the whole room and to the ceiling of this light-filled loft. Soaring above are exposed beams, below lie pale wooden floors, while in-between is beautiful exposed brickwork. The loft is located in a residential neighborhood near Sofia Avenue. The beach, city center, and train station are all roughly equidistant, and all easily reached on foot. Several supermarkets, plus restaurants, bars, and shops are closer still.

Los techos son abuhardillados con mucho encanto aunque algunas partes tienen una altura baja (zona descanso). Office con nevera, lavavajillas, microondas, cafetera, menage etc...
