Террачина: аренда домов с патио

Bij aankomst werden we hartelijk ontvangen door Dario, de zoon van Massimo. Hij legde ons alles duidelijk uit. Het appartement is voorzien van fijne bedden en een goed uitgeruste keuken. Het ligt in een rustige voorstad van Rome. Met het openbaar vervoer ben je in 15 minuten in Rome. Naar een bestemming zoals het Colosseum ben je met het ov ongeveer 30 minuten onderweg. Ook ben je met het openbaar vervoer in ongeveer 15 minuten bij het strand en Ostia Antica. De auto staat naast het appartement achter een hek en hebben wij de hele week niet gebruikt. Wij hebben een heel fijne week gehad.

Ambiente accogliente, pulito, ben organizzato con una splendida terrazza in esclusiva a disposizione! Comodissimo il televisore in camera da letto che può ruotare fino ad essere visto comodamente in terrazza sotto le stelle! Inoltre c’è stato consigliato un ottimo ristorante tipico romano in convenzione, dove abbiamo mangiato veramente bene!

Es war absolut traumhaft, von der freundlichen Begrüßung bis zur unkomplizierten Abreise. Giovanni war jederzeit zu erreichen und hat sich direkt gekümmert. Das Umfeld in Nettuno könnte mehr bieten, das hat aber nichts mit dieser tollen Wohnung zu tun. Empfehlenswert ist auch die Pizzeria im gleichen Haus! Ansonsten ist der Strand und der Bahnhof sehr gut zu erreichen. Absolute Empfehlung unsererseits

Paola is a thoughtful , kind, wonderful host and the apartment is just as described. It is on a quiet street yet less than 10 minutes walking distance to the beach, center & port. Paola has thought of everything, demonstrating a real commitment to providing all that her guests may need (beach umbrellas, cold drinks in the fridge and even ingredients to make a simple supper). Thank you so much Paola!

Host disponibilissimo e chiarissimo, estremamente gentile. L'appartamento, di recente ristrutturazione, offre tutti i comfort per un soggiorno piacevole e anche divertente, grazie al cabinato con migliaia di videogames! Consigliatissimo!

We appreciate the effort of helping us driving to train station - maybe it is not that far by walk, but if you have luggage it is always appreciated to get a drive and our host offered it. Thanks for opportunity to live in very nice place in beautiful Nettuno :)

Vi tillbringade en månad i lägenheten. Vi hade det så bra. Lägenheten var jättefin. Det var modern och fräsch. Sängarna var väldigt sköna. Utsikten över dalen var fantastisk och poolen var verkligen jättefin. vi kan varmt rekommendera detta boende. Tänk på att följa instruktionen på hur du ska köra för att komma fram till lägenheten. Cathys instruktion är mycket tydlig och följ den för då kommer du rätt. Vi gjorde det och det blev väldigt bra. GPS visar en annan väg nämligen. Cathy och Malcolm är mycket hjälpsamma och trevliga. En supervärd helt enkelt! Vi är så nöjda med vår vistelse!

Das Haus von Luigi ist toll! Es hat drinnen viel Platz, ist super ausgestattet und einen wunderbar großen Garten. Es wachsen viele sehr hübsche Wandelröschen darin, die aber giftige Beeren haben. Hier muss man mit sehr kleinen Kindern gut aufpassen. Der Strand war wegen der Nebensaison leider nicht sehr aufgeräumt, aber das Meer war trotzdem toll. Wir waren ohne Auto vor Ort, es gibt viele Läden, Restaurants und zwei Bushaltestellen in der Nähe. Leider kommen die Busse häufig zu früh oder zu spät und man muss in einer Verkaufsstelle oder in einer App sein Ticket kaufen, beim Busfahrer geht es nur Ausnahmsweise und ist dann viel teurer. Nach Anzio (12km) kostet es normalerweise 1,30€ beim Busfahrer aber 7€. Die Betreuung durch Natalia war herzlich und toll und wir konnten An- und Abreise flexibel gestalten.

Lovely villa. Hosts were very responsive. The garden is amazing and overlooks the sea. There is a lovely place to sit on the private path to the beach. There are a number of steps to the beach which are very well maintained with hand rail. Beach had very shallow slope into sea so very safe for playing and swimming. Supermarket short walk away with lovely breads and fruit.

soggiorno impeccabile posizione centralissima host reattivo, alloggio corrispondente a descrizioni e foto. è la seconda volta che alloggia in questa struttura che resta alla mia preferita a Pescasseroli 🤩🤩🤩🤩

Paolo was a fantastic host! He gave excellent recommendations for the surrounding areas which made our stay that much more enjoyable! The house was perfect. It was just the weekend away we were looking for. I would recommend this house to anyone!

It was a good place to stay with a little bit of a walk to the beach and restaurants and shops. Danilo is great with communication and accommodating us for our needs, friendly host.

Soggiornare da Anna Maria e Matteo è stato corroborante, ci ha permesso di "staccare la spina" e di recuperare le forze dopo un periodo stancante. La casa ci ha accolto con calore, l'ambiente caldo e familiare, complice le decorazioni natalizie, ci ha messo subito a nostro agio. La casa era pulita, gli ambienti ampi, la cucina ben attrezzata. Una vera chicca il proiettore al piano di sotto, che ha reso speciali le nostre serate in famiglia. Ringraziamo Matteo per la sua disponibilità e per i suggerimenti culinari.

Ho soggiornato nell’appartamento di Giorgia con i miei famigliari nel periodo natalizio. L’appartamento era pulito e organizzato in ogni piccolo dettaglio. Sono presenti prodotti per la pulizia, l’igiene personale e quelli di base in cucina. C’è una bella terrazza attrezzata di tutto per stare all’aperto e da cui si vede parzialmente il mare.Un piccolo curato giardino dove poter lasciare la macchina parcheggiata completa l’appartamento. Anche la scala per accedere al l’appartamento è comoda e illuminata da luci che si attivano al passaggio. Lo consiglio con sicurezza.

Accogliente, pulito e spazioso, il proprietario sempre attivo e presente per qualsiasi problema. Sé dovessero costringermi a trovare una nota negativa posso dire che il Wi-Fi prende poco.

Veniamo spesso in questa zona per trovare mio cognato e abbiamo trovato questo alloggio situato di fronte a casa sua! Perfetto! Ottimo prezzo e gli affittuari molto cordiali. Abbiamo trovato tutto pulitissimo e anche se non ci è servito a molto, ci sono tutte le utenze per cucinare. Forse l’unico consiglio che posso dare è che forse ci vorrebbe una piccola tv in camera per chi è abituato ad averla e guardarsi un film la sera, ma è questione di abitudine. Per il resto non ho nulla da criticare, sicuramente sara l’ alloggio preferito per quando verremo a Roma

La maison de Severino est grande et confortable. Elle bénéficie d une vue magnifique sur la campagne de la Ciociara. De nombreux très beaux sites se trouvent à proximité et il est possible de se rendre à Rome en train depuis la station de Frosinone à 15 min de voiture du logement. Severino et toute sa famille sont des hôtes particulièrement accueillants et ouverts. Le séjour était parfait.

Потрясающие виды на озеро! Тишина и умиротворение. Очень тихо, спать ночью очень комфортно. Жилье - старинное здание в 2 этажа с высокими потолками, просторное и комфортное. Это не современный отель, а место с историей и очарованием. Оно добавило колорита в наш отпуск. Дом был очень чистым, со всем необходимым. Самостоятельное заселение было очень удобным и понятным. Хозяева всегда на связи, внимательны и добродушны, отвечают на все вопросы мгновенно. Рядом есть бесплатная парковка, где всегда есть место. До деревни Неми 5 минут пешком, где есть кафе, рестораны и просто красивые виды. Сама деревня очень колоритная и атмосферная.

It’s a very nice apartment with a great view, located close to cafés, restaurants and supermarkets so it’s a perfect place to relax and enjoy the area. It was also very easy to communicate before checking in. We got a response within a couple of minutes and simple instructions so we didn’t have any problems when we got there. Highly recommended to stay here!

We loved our stay in Valentinas apartment. Valentina allowed us to stay at number 3 (rather than nummber 5) due to less steps. We were absolutely thrilled with the location, the view and the apartment. Our purpose to stay in Genzano for more than a month was to 'live like a local' and this apartment allowed us to do exactly that! Very close to restaurants coffee shops, supermarkets and the main street. Highly recommend staying here!

This was one of the best experiences over many years of extensive traveling. We liked the wide spaces inside the attic apartment and on the huge terrace from where you can see the sea in the distance. We liked also to be able to park our car in a car pot inside the beautiful courtyard. Valentina and her family are really special. They made us feel right at home without being intrusive. We often took the train from Anzio Colonia to go to ROME and we found it very convenient.
