Lovely villa. Hosts were very responsive. The garden is amazing and overlooks the sea. There is a lovely place to sit on the private path to the beach. There are a number of steps to the beach which are very well maintained with hand rail. Beach had very shallow slope into sea so very safe for playing and swimming. Supermarket short walk away with lovely breads and fruit.

I booked this property on behalf of my colleague, which very much would recommend the place. The wiev over the lake is amazing, thank you Federico!

La casa di Marco è ottimamente posizionata nel centro di Pescasseroli da dove è possibile raggiungere facilmente tutte le località del Parco Nazionale, la vicinanza del parcheggio auto rende tutto molto semplice. La casa è graziosa e spaziosa, in quattro ci siamo stati comodamente. Marco è stato molto utile per consigli ed indicazioni di viaggio. Grazie!

soggiorno da Silvana è stato un onore ed un piacere. Persone come lei e suo marito oggi giorno sono difficili da trovare. cordiali, semplici e gentilissimi. Un esperienza autentica che ci ha fatto sentire a casa dal primo secondo che siamo entrati nella loro casa. Grazie ancora per l'esperienza unica.

Laura é stata un ottimo host, molto disponibile e presente nell'accoglierci ed accompagnarci in casa, nell' indicarci l'area per parcheggiare e nei saluti finali. Abbiamo soggiornato in quattro piú due cani, ci siamo trovati benissimo. Casa accogliente, riscaldata e dotata di ogni comfort, strutturata su due livelli con due bagni, spaziosa al punto giusto. Sarà un punto di riferimento e un motivo in piú per ritornare a Castel di Sangro!

It was a good place to stay with a little bit of a walk to the beach and restaurants and shops. Danilo is great with communication and accommodating us for our needs, friendly host.

Fin, ren och trevlig lägenhet med jättestor, härlig terrass. Mycket lugnt och tyst läge och ändå promenadavstånd till den jättefina stranden, butiker och restauranger. Vi hade en riktigt härlig semestervecka här i slutet av oktober.

beautiful miving space on the too floor with a loft like vibe and a stunning terrace on top. the bedroom was also very nice. great restaurants eight next to the apartment and a grocery store close by aswell. all in all a great week in terracina

Wat een fijn huis! Ondanks dat wij er voor een sterfgeval waren, hebben wij echt een thuisgevoel gehad. Mooie, rustige en schone woning. De communicatie was erg goed. Wij komen zeer zeker snel terug! Een mooie plek gevonden om vaker terug te keren in mijn vaderland. Bedankt voor alles.

Domenica e Claudio sono due persone deliziose, hanno accolto noi e i nostri bambini nel modo migliore… Ci hanno fatto trovare pupazzi per la più piccola e fogli e colori per il più grande. L’ambiente è super confortevole, tutto pulito, pieno di dettagli di arredamento sfiziosi e personali! L’alloggio è dotato davvero di tutto il necessario e i proprietari sono super disponibili. Ci siamo sentiti davvero a casa, sia noi ma soprattutto i nostri bambini.

L'appuntamento è molto particolare situato su tre livelli nel centro del paese. La casa era molto pulita e arredata con cura. Ci siamo trovati molto bene

super petit appartement avec un emplacement pratique. facile à relier depuis Rome (20 minutes de ter, qui se trouve à500 mètres de l appartement) Giuditta est une hôte sympathique et réactive, et elle a su accéder à notre demande un peu particulière. merci pour ce bel accueil qui nous a permis de nous sentir attendu en descendant de l avion. merci

Daniela met us to let us into the apartment which was presently clean and orderly. It does lack some rudimentary kitchen accessories should you wish to do some cooking -however, there are so many great restaurants, pizzerias in downtown Frascati that we had no time to cook during this stay. I would add a possible shower curtain to the one bathroom as the tub has a hose for showering off if one were sitting down in the tub, but to stand up one get water all over the floor so we opted to utilize this shower in the other bedroom which worked perfectly well. Overall, the flat has incredible views, especially so at night time! While, the parking can be a tad difficult. We found a SPOT and did not move our car during our stay. Overall, I would say this is a fantastic flat and Daniela could not have been nicer! I would rent here again for sure.! 🌹

Vi tillbringade en månad i lägenheten. Vi hade det så bra. Lägenheten var jättefin. Det var modern och fräsch. Sängarna var väldigt sköna. Utsikten över dalen var fantastisk och poolen var verkligen jättefin. vi kan varmt rekommendera detta boende. Tänk på att följa instruktionen på hur du ska köra för att komma fram till lägenheten. Cathys instruktion är mycket tydlig och följ den för då kommer du rätt. Vi gjorde det och det blev väldigt bra. GPS visar en annan väg nämligen. Cathy och Malcolm är mycket hjälpsamma och trevliga. En supervärd helt enkelt! Vi är så nöjda med vår vistelse!

We had a wonderful time here! It’s so easy to get the train in to Rome from the local train station (we drove but you could walk) and it’s not much for a ticket. There isn’t a lot to do in the area but we spent so much time in the house that it didn’t matter. The pool was so lovely and we spent a lot of time in there, especially the children! There are lots of comfy seating, especially on the balcony. A perfect place to sit with a book. The place is huge and has air conditioning in all the rooms except one, where there is a fan. The beds are very comfy!! I would recommend staying here!

Villa stupenda con un ampio giardino, grandi camere e terrazzo con panorama spettacolare. Ho festeggiato il compleanno con i miei amici e siamo stati benissimo.

We had a wonderful time at this house! The place offers a truly authentic Italian atmosphere – a huge, charming, and warm house with a beautiful garden, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the surrounding nature. The location is peaceful, providing ideal conditions for a getaway, though it's worth having a car to easily reach the beaches. The nearby beaches are absolutely stunning, clean, and – importantly – not overcrowded, so you can spend entire days there in peace. Additionally, the local restaurants serve delicious food, with local specialties at the forefront. Both the owner and the people taking care of the house were very helpful and always available. All in all, only positives, highly recommend!

Abbiamo trascorso una splendida vacanza in questo appartamento con la mia famiglia. L'appartamento ha superato le nostre aspettative sotto ogni punto di vista. Uno dei punti forti è sicuramente l'ampio spazio esterno, ideale per rilassarsi e per far giocare i bambini in tutta sicurezza. Le camere sono molto spaziose e complete di tutto il materiale necessario, rendendo il soggiorno confortevole e senza preoccupazioni. L'aria condizionata è stata un vero sollievo durante le giornate più calde. La posizione è perfetta, a pochi passi dal mare, permettendoci di esplorare facilmente la zona senza doverci spostare troppo. Ma ciò che ha davvero fatto la differenza è stata l'accoglienza e il supporto di Paola, che è stata eccezionale dal primo momento. Ci siamo sentiti davvero benvenuti e assistiti in ogni nostra esigenza. Consigliamo vivamente questo alloggio a chiunque voglia godersi una vacanza serena e piacevole. Nous avons passer un merveilleux séjours à Rome grâce à Emanuele et Ana qui sont restés très bienveillants et disponibles pour nous. La maison etait magnifique et agréable à vivre. Nous relevons surtout leur gentillesse et leur professionnalisme. Les meilleurs hôtes d'Airbnb !!

Eleonora was a great host! Also responsive and helpful with our numerous questions. The house is well equipped and the pool was perfect, even for begging of October. The area is calm and enjoyed it to relax with our baby. Thank you Eleonora!
