Du går til/fra togstasjonen, to bystrender, finner dusinvis av restauranter og barer, matbutikker og andre små, artige butikker. Leiligheten var svært velholdt og har alt du trenger for et hyggelig opphold i Anzio. Anbefales! Hyggelig og hjelpsom vert! Anzio er også en sjarmerende og avslappende by å være i, bare en times togtur unna Roma.

Such a beautiful place with a kind and responsive host! Alessandro provided us a very quiet spot that was a great place to rest in between busy travels. He also let us store our bags past check out which was super helpful. he was not kidding about having a car being the best for this location, especially if you are looking to get places at certain times. We learned that the hard way instead of listening to his original recommendation 😅 if you are looking for a peaceful place off the beaten path with no strict schedule, this is the perfect spot!

Ottimo posto pulitissimo! Vicino al centro molto pratico! Ben attrezzato c'è tutto quello che serve. La doccia troppo piccola però. Roccavivi è sempre così bella e si mangia molto bene una favola! Ci torneremo senz'altro!

Edda's house is located in the mountains, away from any busy roads. Nearby is a historic hilltop village with narrow roads, best to drive there (or walk upo the hill) and then explore by foot. There is a bustling local community and I recommend the "Mozzarella Store" at the nearby cross-road, which apart from the local cheese also sells excellent bread, pizzas and ham. The house is large and has 3 big bedrooms and Edda and her husband have been excellent hosts throughout our stay.

Everything was fantastic. Such a beautiful and peaceful area and the hosts were very kind and welcoming! Homemade crostata waiting for us upon arrival and even dropped down a fresh homemade cake while we were there. Perfetto!

Alloggio incantevole, pulito e profumato, rispecchia perfettamente le foto. La vasca idromassaggio funziona benissimo ed è molto facile da azionare. Nei pressi della casa, circa 5 minuti in macchina, c’è una buona trattoria che ci ha consigliato Emanuela, è stata carina e disponibile, siamo rimasti veramente contenti e sicuramente torneremo!

Our stay was perfect! Restaurants were in close proximity of the apartment. We were able to use the electric stove for any necessities. The host left behind local wine upon our arrival! He met us at the apartment to explain certain aspects to us such as the hot water, air conditioning, and amazing projector in the loft. He was super responsive and helpful with anything we needed.

A lovely flat in a quiet, accessible part of the town. Spotlessly clean and with the best view from the bedroom window of any Airbnb I've ever stayed in. Giulia responds really fast to any messages and is friendly and helpful.

Alloggio rispondente all’annuncio: in una zona tranquilla di Roma (Laurentina) ben collegata tramite filobus; camera pulitissima e molto ordinata , dotata di frigo, forno e stoviglia per qualsiasi necessità. Veranda molto piacevole. L’host Monia è stata molto gentile e affabile! Super consigliato!

Noemi war eine absolut wunderbare Gastgeberin – so herzlich, hilfsbereit und aufmerksam, wie man es sich nur wünschen kann. Wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an unglaublich wohl bei ihr gefühlt. Sie war jederzeit für uns da, hat uns bei allem unterstützt und sich regelmäßig erkundigt, ob alles in Ordnung ist. Besonders toll: Sie hat uns sogar einmal zum Bus gefahren – so viel Engagement ist wirklich nicht selbstverständlich! Wir durften bei ihr eine Atmosphäre erleben, die wir so noch nie bei einer Gastgeberin hatten. Noemi ist mit Abstand die netteste und liebevollste Gastgeberin, die wir je erlebt haben. Ambiente accogliente, pulito, ben organizzato con una splendida terrazza in esclusiva a disposizione! Comodissimo il televisore in camera da letto che può ruotare fino ad essere visto comodamente in terrazza sotto le stelle! Inoltre c’è stato consigliato un ottimo ristorante tipico romano in convenzione, dove abbiamo mangiato veramente bene!

Thanks this was a really nice place to stay for a day trip to the Abbey and Polish Cemetery. Arturo was really helpful and apartment had everything we needed including a great breakfast.

Un séjour inoubliable dans un cadre exceptionnel ! Le logement proposé par Leandrina et Ugo est tout simplement magnifique : pittoresque, spacieux, impeccablement propre et parfaitement en harmonie avec le charmant village de Villetta Barrea, au cœur des Abruzzes. Mais ce qui rend l’expérience vraiment unique, c’est la rencontre avec Leandrina et Ugo, des hôtes d’une rare gentillesse et d’un accueil chaleureux. Mention spéciale pour les délicieux petits déjeuners préparés avec soin par Leandrina – un vrai régal chaque matin ! Merci aussi à Sophie, la guide nature, grâce à qui nous avons eu la chance d’observer deux ours dans leur environnement naturel. Un grand merci à tous pour ce merveilleux séjour.

Massimo's home was a nice place to relax after a busy day in nearby Rome. The location is really decent if you don't mind a short car then train ride. The train one-way to Rome Termini was 2.50 euro and 30 mins. The room and bathroom were lovely and private, exactly as described and in photos. In the room is a fridge and microwave, tv with Netflix. The cappuccino every morning was really amazing and they did offer a typical Italian breakfast but I didn't eat much too early. My stay was shorter than expected and he approved my early check-out and help me organize a taxi to get to the airport as needed. Massimo was so gracious and flexible to drop me off to Frascati station and pick me up as needed. He was incredibly responsive and welcoming. The train station was very accessible and felt safe and clean. The lovely, peaceful town of Frascati near the airbnb was complete with shops, restaurants and gelato.

Il soggiorno è stato ottimo. La casa era ordinata, pulita e c'era tutto a disposizione. La zona è centralissima, ci si può spostare a piedi e ci sono molti bar, negozi e ristoranti. La signora Concetta è stata veramente amichevole e disponibile. Se dovessi tornare a Cassino, ci ritornerei con piacere.

Era un bell soggiorno a Gaeta senza complicazioni. Attorno al AirBnB ci sono molti ristoranti e bars perfetti per passare una buona serata dopo un giorno al mare.

Shower was hot. There was a good coffee machine and we slept well. Instructions were clear.

Il soggiorno in questa bellissima casa è stato perfetto. Sandro e Patrizia ci hanno fatto sentire a casa e anche la nostra cagnolina era completamente a suo agio :) La posizione è ottima, non distante da Gaeta, ma immersa nel verde e nella tranquillità. Grazie di tutto!
