La Bulletta ci è rimasta nel cuore!il luogo è incantevole, si è immersi nella natura e la posizione è sempre ben ventilata il pomeriggio e la notte. La piscina un valore aggiunto,dopo tutti i nostri giri un bel bagno per rigenerarsi è stato apprezzato da tutti. Daniele,con la sorella Emanuela e la piccola Lucia,il papà e la mamma sono davvero splendidi, ci hanno dato consigli sui dintorni e non solo. Torneremo sicuramente!!!

Casa arredata con gusto e amore. Si vive l’attenzione per gli ospiti. Un luogo magico con l’affaccio sulle valli e i tetti di Calcata. Serena gentilissima. Super

Roberto ist ein ausgezeichneter Gastgeber. Er begleitet einen still und diskret während des gesamten Aufenthaltes und ist bei Fragen stets erreichbar. Die Ausstattung der Küche übertrifft alle Erwartungen und bereitet einem einen schönen Auftakt und Aufenthalt. Gerne wieder und sehr zu empfehlen.

Alloggio dotato di tutti i comfort necessari, pulito, ordinato e in una posizione strategica per raggiungere velocemente diversi luoghi di interesse: Perugia, Assisi, Spello, Trevi, Montefalco, Bevagna etc. Consigliatissimo. Upon entry, you immediately realize you are stepping into someplace truly special. The entryway and staircase have been carefully renovated, giving an authentic, powerful sense of history and space. This medieval structure has been beautifully restored with meticulous attention to detail, blending historical charm with a clean, contemporary feel. The furnishings are luxurious and comfortable, creating an open, airy atmosphere that perfectly complements the building’s magnificence. The attention to detail is apparent everywhere. Throughout the apartment, you’ll find precious drawings and tasteful paintings that add a unique, personal touch. Both beds were incredibly comfortable with fresh-smelling linens, making for very restful nights. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook, making it feel like a home away from home. The views from the windows, with fog drifting through the valley, are simply breathtaking. This is a truly remarkable place to stay!

Had a great time in Serena’s home, it’s very central and perfect for us whilst seeing family in the area. It’s a beautiful flat with lots of space. If you are coming from the UK, just watch the auto translate function from air bnb, as it sent us confusing messages. But they were completely clear in Italian (and using google translate!)

Wow, what an incredible holiday we had here. Not only is this 200 year old villa beautiful, but it also boasts a huge amount of bedrooms and bathrooms and dining areas. The absolute highlight of our trip was Marco, the incredible host at the villa. He was basically on call for the 4 days we were there and was so helpful organising taxi transfers, big shops, activities, and anything else we needed at the villa. Such amazing views and ridiculously gorgeous vineyard nearby. In the evening you can relax and not worry about neighbours. We had a party and watched the fireflies!

Antonio ist ein sehr netter Gastgeber, der sich immer um das Haus und seine Gäste kümmert. Die 4 Wohnungen waren sehr gut und auch praktisch für unseren Gruppenurlaub. Parkplätze gibt es mehr als genug auf dem Grundstück, da Autos auch Pflicht sind um zum Haus zu gelangen. Des Weiteren ist der Pool sehr gut und auch sehr groß. Genug Platz um viel Spaß zu haben. Antonio kam mehrfach um den Pool auch zu reinigen, was sehr gut war. Gut wären noch weitere Schattenmöglichkeiten wie Schirme oder ein weiterer Pavilion da man die sonst vorher mitnehmen muss.

Absolutely beautiful and peaceful home 10 minutes from Orvieto. Even better views than the pictures online. Nothing says Italy more than looking outside and seeing grape vineyards all around. The host, Piero, was very kind and the wine from his estate (available for purchase at the house) was terrific.

Bella villetta in campagna, tenuta molto bene, bel giardino che circonda la casa, personale molto gentile e presente per qualsiasi esigenza.

We loved our month at Villa Tucciano! Better than the pictures! Mario was the primo host and went over and above the call of duty to make us comfortable. He even helped us with luggage lost by the airline. His family was nearby and attended to our every need, and also went the extra mile. I cannot say thanks enough! We loved our stay and these wonderful people at their fabulous villa!

We had a fantastic stay at Leonardo's "LA CASA DI GIULIANA” place! The home was spotless, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location was perfect for everything we planned. Communication with the host was fast, friendly, and helpful. Check-in and check-out were easy and smooth. We especially loved the location, the the cozy balcony and the quiet surroundings. Everything we needed was available and thoughtfully prepared. The neighborhood was peaceful and felt very safe. We truly felt at home throughout our stay. Thank you for the wonderful hospitality! Highly recommended to anyone visiting the area. We would definitely stay here again in the future. Five stars without a doubt! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Thank you, Leonardo & Francesca!

Si respira aria di casa. Apparentamento pulitissimo, ordinato e veramente fornito di tutto. Come ho già scritto ci si sente a casa. Complimenti a Paolo e Patrizia. Peccato di aver passato solo una notte… sicuramente tornerò. Lo consiglio vivamente per chi vuol visitare Foligno e dintorni!!

il viaggio con mia figlia ad Amelia è stato memorabile..Dal paese a pochi minuti di macchina c'è la possibilità di vedere tanto altro di meraviglioso come le cascate delle marmore... Fabio è super disponibile e si metterà a vostra disposizione per accompagnarvi nell'appartamento, in più non vi farà mancare niente per le cose essenziali del bagno,della cucina e per la prima colazione...sono molto soddisfatto...

L'alloggio di Marco corrisponde in tutto alle foto. L'host è stato gentilissimo e ci ha offerto un check in flessibile che ci ha consentito di ultimare i nostri giri. La terrazza con vista lago è molto suggestiva e romantica. Io e la mia famiglia siamo stati solo 2 giorni, ma abbiamo trovato tutto ciò che ci occorreva e anche di più, compresi una ciotala ed un materassino per il mio cagnolino. Top. La zona è tranquilla, verde e ben servita. Ottimo punto di partenza per le cascate delle Marmore , Narni, Labro , San Gemini e altre mete note. Di certo ci ritorneremo . Grazie Marco.

Rita was very welcoming! We do not speak Italian and Rita speaks very little English but she was so welcoming and the place was wonderful! She made sure we felt at home! Peaceful place to sleep and the view was wonderful! She also gave us a welcome basket with her olive oil from her farm! The price of the Airbnb is very reasonable, but she does charge a small fee if you use the ac/heater. We came at a perfect time of year and didn’t have to use it!

Siamo state un weekend nell’appartamento di Mira ed è stato un bellissimo soggiorno. L’appartamento è spazioso e molto pulito, fornito di tutto ciò che può servire (caffè, zucchero e spezie varie anche). La vista sul campanile, da cui dietro si scorge la montagna, rende il tutto più magico soprattutto di sera, momento in cui Narni diventa quasi incantata. Il rintocco delle campane è quello che ci vuole per vivere l’esperienza di questi posti che restano quasi fermi nel tempo. In sostanza, consigliatissimo!

Antonio è disponibile e simpatico. Ci ha dato consigli utili per il nostro soggiorno. Appartamento ristrutturato carino, pulito e funzionale. Ottima la posizione per visitare la Tuscia.
