ho soggiornato nell'appartamemto di Alessandra con mio marito ed i miei cognati cin l'intento di visitare la zona. Alloggio perfetto per stare in 4, con i due bagni che hanno dato a ciascuna coppia la propria privacy. Tutto confortevole e pulitissimo, con molti dettagli che hanno reso la nostra permanenza facile e gradevolissima. La terrazza con vista sulla campagna e sul lago godibilissima e una vera poesia. É stato un soggiorno piacevolissimo sotto ogni aspetto!

Piero was very responsive. The property was very well equipped and located on beautiful land - surrounded by vineyards and open space across a valley. It was centrally located for our daily trips around Umbria and surrounding regions. It was very easy to get there from Rome airport. Loved the ability to buy / taste their wine which was wonderful. We would definitely stay there again in our travels through Italy.

Soggiorno meraviglioso! Il Casaletto è un luogo accogliente, curato nei dettagli e immerso nella tranquillità. Ci siamo sentiti subito a casa, grazie anche all’ospitalità e alla disponibilità dei padroni di casa. Un posto dove si torna volentieri, e infatti… speriamo di tornare presto!

Wunderschönes Haus, stilvoll eingerichtet, grosser Pool. Wunderbare Umgebung in der Natur mit zahlreichen Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Umgebung.

We spent the month of April at Casa Catena and loved our stay. It was wonderful to be in the center of Spello where everything was in walking distance. Yes, it is a hill town, but think of what great shape your legs will be in if you stay a while! We spent much of our time hiking around the olive groves above Spello, the fields below, and exploring around Umbria. We highly recommend Casa Catena as a home base for your travels. Cinta and Paola (who manage for Adrian and Sue) were so friendly and very responsive to any of our needs. We will miss them! (One quick note is that the house is on the main road of vibrant Spello, not far from two bell towers. So, there is lots of activity and bells. If you are looking for something quiet, you should probably look a bit away from the center.)

Soggiorno perfetto! La casa e il giardino fuori sono molto ben curati e fornito di tutto il necessario , soggiorno adatto anche per chi ha un amico a 4 zampe ! A soli 20 minuti dalla sorgente della morica posto magnifico da visitare ! Consiglio assolutamente questo alloggio ! È stato soggiorno stupendo !

La casa è bellissima, siamo stati accolti benissimo. Patrizia è stata molto disponibile e gentile. Abbiamo soggiornato in 7 nell'appartamento e siamo stati comodissimi. Super consigliato, grazie!!

Appartamento accogliente e con una splendida vista lago! Host davvero cordiali e gentili, posti stupendi da visitare nelle immediate vicinanze e il lago raggiungibile a breve distanza a piedi, anche Bolsena stessa è davvero bella e interessante da visitare! È stato un vero piacere soggiornare nello splendido casale di Franco, immerso nel verde e nella tranquillità. Dal vivo è ancora più bello che in foto! Franco è stato molto disponibile e ci accolto facendoci sentire come a casa. Veramente un bel posto dove ci piacerebbe ritornare!

Upon entry, you immediately realize you are stepping into someplace truly special. The entryway and staircase have been carefully renovated, giving an authentic, powerful sense of history and space. This medieval structure has been beautifully restored with meticulous attention to detail, blending historical charm with a clean, contemporary feel. The furnishings are luxurious and comfortable, creating an open, airy atmosphere that perfectly complements the building’s magnificence. The attention to detail is apparent everywhere. Throughout the apartment, you’ll find precious drawings and tasteful paintings that add a unique, personal touch. Both beds were incredibly comfortable with fresh-smelling linens, making for very restful nights. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook, making it feel like a home away from home. The views from the windows, with fog drifting through the valley, are simply breathtaking. This is a truly remarkable place to stay!

L'appartamento di Luca è un gioiellino, sotto diversi punti di vista. Internamente è fedele alla descrizione, curato nei minimi dettagli, ci si potrebbe vivere, non manca nulla. Si tratta quindi di un alloggio raro da trovare, superiore a quello che mediamente si riesce a trovare per affitti brevi. La posizione è altrettanto felice(immerso in un bosco, a 100 metri dai negozi di Pian del voglio) e permette di passare dal silenzio degli alberi al vociare dei turisti in un attimo. Da ultimo segnalo la gentile disponibilità di Luca, sempre rapido cortese ed efficace quando abbiamo avuto bisogno del suo aiuto. Potendo darei 6 stelle!!!

Ho avuto il piacere di soggiornare in questa splendida proprietà, ed è stata un’esperienza fantastica sotto ogni punto di vista. L’appartamento è esattamente come descritto nell’annuncio: pulito, accogliente e dotato di tutti i comfort necessari. La posizione è ideale, con facile accesso a negozi e località turistiche vicine . il giardino è bellissimo e dotato di aria barbecue e la vista è aperta sulla valle. daniela è stata estremamente gentile e disponibile, rispondendo rapidamente a tutte le mie domande. Consiglio vivamente questa sistemazione a chiunque cerchi un soggiorno confortevole e senza stress. Non vedo l’ora di tornare, magari in estate

My family and I we had a wonderful holiday in this beautiful villa, surrounded by the magical atmosphere of the Umbria countryside. There is nothing we can complain about,everything was perfect,the swimming pool added a plus especially during the 2022 July’s heat wave! The pool was well maintained and daily cleaning service was provided by the owner’s handy man. We really hope to come back next year and make more unforgettable memories at the Hilltop Villa-Orvieto

Janet and Nicholas are exceptional hosts :) responsive and very kind, it was a pleasure to communicate with both of them. I must also add their property management company is fantastic, we had the pleasure of meeting 2 lovely gentlemen. Top service from everyone. Thank you :)) The day we arrived my first thought was ~ what an immaculate property! The outside has such stunning views of Todi and the surrounding hills, the pool and gardens are truly beautiful, you can tell everything was done with such thought and care. The gorgeous kitchen and outside wood burning grill were our favorite part! Evenings with the sun setting were truly special. Their home is exceptional. We will treasure our week long stay :)

Renato è stato molto disponibile, il suo alloggio molto spazioso è ben posizionato e in una zona molto tranquilla. Ideale per gruppi o famiglie anche numerose!

We spent Easter at Sabrinas place (4 adults and 2 children) there was plenty of space and the pool and the gardens were lovely. Sabrina cooked a wonderful meal for us too. The house is beautiful but some attention to detail would be needed for it to really stand out (decluttering and better cleaning)The kitchen is quite small but we mainly ate out. Belvedere pizzeria was great! There are many cats around which our children loved and the owners dogs visit too.

5 Sterne, auch wenn es ein paar Anregungen gibt: wir waren zum mobilen Arbeiten mit unserer 12jährigen Tochter für 10 Tage dort. Man fühlt sich sofort zu Hause, die untere Etage mit Schlaf-, Wohnzimmer, Dusche/Bad/Wc ist perfekt fürs Kind mit Wunsch nach etwas Raum für sich. Küche war toll eingerichtet, generell alles sauber und die Panoramascheiben im WZ sind fantastisch, und danke für die Moskitonetze. kleine Anregungen: - im Duschraum oben hinten fangen die Fugen an zu schimmeln...jetzt kann man noch alles in den Griff bekommen - das Zimmer unten (ausgerechnet) hat kein TV. Die TV in den oberen Schlafzimmern sind defekt und der im WZ zeigt keine deutschen Sender. Wir kamen die 10 Tage ohne aus, aber es wäre schön, zumindest mal ARD/ZDF schauen zu können - das Bücherboard hat nicht ein deutsches (Jugendbuch), schade - grösstes Manko, das WLAN ist mit ca 3Mbit/0,6Mbit am optimalen Sitzplatz im WZ zu langsam um ausreichend arbeiten, geschweigedenn Filme streamen zu können...

Claudia's place is a real gem. We were a family of 8 staying at the villa and we had a great time. The scenery is breathtaking and the space is perfect for a larger family. The grounds of the villa are very well kept and the spa area was amazing. We are already talking about our next trip! Thank you again for a unforgettable stay.
