This apartment is spacious and nicely furnished. Little amenities add a gracious touch. Balcony off the upstairs bathroom has 360° views that are unparallel. This walled city is beautiful.

Francesca hat uns sehr freundlich empfangen. Uns hat besonders gut gefallen, dass im Kühlschrank und in den Schränken viele Lebensmittel waren, die man eben so braucht. Auch die Einrichtung war so, dass man denkt: da hat jemand richtig gut nachgedacht, was der Gast so braucht! Einfach toll. Und dann bekommen wir noch Feigen, Pfirsiche und Tomaten frisch geerntet. Das Häuschen ist klein, aber gut geeignet für mehrere Tage Aufenthalt für 2 Personen. Die Möglichkeiten, die Gegend zu erkunden, sind vielfältig und wer gerne wandert: hier bist du richtig! In dem kleinen Ort Pacentro oberhalb gibt es richtig gute Restaurants, auch in Sulmona selbstverständlich. Alles in allem eine klare Empfehlung.

Rocco is een zeer vriendelijke en behulpzame verhuurder. Alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig. Ruim appartement en een prima terras en tuin waar je fijn en rustig kan zitten. Vanuit deze plaats kan je verschillende mooie plaatsjes bezoeken en wandeltochten maken.

Host moto disponibile ed accogliente, la casa è perfetta per tre o quattro persone, è nella parte alta di colli, silenzioso e tranquillo, ha tutto il necessario: camere cucina bagno e salone tutti attrezzati con il necessario, camino, barbecue e terrazzino con vista bellissima rendono speciale la permanenza! Consigliato!

Casa ampia, nuova, pulita e ben attrezzata. Tutte le finestre hanno le zanzariere e sul retro c'è un piccolo giardino privato. Il parcheggio è sempre facilissimo, e comunque c'è anche il garage privato. Simona è stata molto gentile e ci ha accolto spiegando bene tutto.

Mi serviva un alloggio in Spoltore paese quindi non avevo necessità di spostarmi. l'alloggio è praticamente in centro con tutti i servizi necessari a due passi. ottimo per due persone. un eventuale terzo ospite dovrà adattarsi su un divano letto in soggiorno.

Beautiful house, very well maintained with so much history. Both Carmine and Rosanna were extremely nice and accommodating people, making the check in an easy process. Their father came by to explain the history of the town. Definitely recommend this location as the hosts are very kind people and the home is beautiful making it a very enjoyable stay.

Abbiamo trascorso un bellissimo weekend nella struttura di Germano. La casa era pulita e ben attrezzata. L’arredamento è moderno e di buon gusto, e l’esterno, immerso nel verde della campagna, è davvero incantevole. A rendere l’atmosfera ancora più speciale, la compagnia degli animali di Germano. Germano è stato molto gentile e disponibile per tutta la durata del nostro soggiorno. Se dovessimo tornare in zona, non esiteremmo a prenotare nuovamente la sua casa semmai dovesse essere disponibile.

Abruzzo is beautiful, stunning location. The apartment was spotless and had everything we needed and more. Starting to plan our next trip and would definitely stay here again.

It was a pleasure working with them. I would definitely stay again. The area is a working class area. But close to downtown. Grocery store right across the street. You can park in that lot for free. The views from the large rooftop deck were beautiful. Especially if the snow capped mountains to the west and north. The fireplace is decorative only.

Wonderful stay at Serena's apartment. It was immaculate and so central to the historic centre of Sulmona. Could walk everywhere. Felt right at home. would highly recommend. We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment is great value, spacious and well-equipped. The shower is rather small but everything else is generously proportioned. We particularly liked the large balcony. It was easy to park for free on the street outside. There are two flights of stairs to reach the apartment. Chieti Scalo has lots of shops and some well-priced restaurants and it makes a great base for exploring the area. Chiara was super friendly and made us very welcome.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt, die Gegend ist idyllisch und ideal für Spaziergänge oder größere Ausflüge in die umliegende Natur. Giuseppe und Annalisa sind außerdem zwei sehr liebe und hilfsbereite Menschen!

Cercavamo un posto per rilassarci in tutto relax, e lo abbiamo trovato! Casa accogliente, arredata con gusto, molto curata e pulita, immersa nella natura e nonostante questo con ogni confort come TV, WiFi, e soprattutto un caminetto favoloso davanti al quale abbiamo passato serate rilassanti. La titolare Maria Cristina ha dimostrato una disponibilità unica, e perfino il vicinato che si è attivato per farci avere un po' di legna da ardere (grazie sig. Bruno). Da consigliare assolutamente, sperando però che la prossima volta troveremo di nuovo posto!

Wat een fantastische ervaring! Dianne is een super gezellige en ontzettend vriendelijke vrouw die je je meteen thuis laat voelen. Haar huisje is echt een pareltje – knus, sfeervol en gelegen op een top locatie. Je voelt meteen de liefde in huis, niet alleen van Dianne zelf, maar ook van haar drie geweldige honden. Samen hebben ze 11 pootjes, wat het huis nog specialer en hartverwarmender maakt. Een unieke en liefdevolle plek waar je gegarandeerd met een glimlach vertrekt. Aanrader!

Accommodation well kept and clean; every day Endah cleans the spaces intended for guests. Recommended accommodation.

Giulia and her husband were fantastic hosts. The property is gorgeous and we found our room to be spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable and having 2 bathrooms was great for getting ready at the same time. The homemade breakfast each morning was a lovely treat and Giulia was especially helpful in acting as a vacation planner and directing us to some beautiful spots to explore and some local places to try for dinner. Enjoyed our stay and hope to return in the future.

It’s safe to say, you will never stay at a better Airbnb than this - nor any hotel! Tamara, the view, the breakfasts, our private dinner (arranged on request), the pool (too cold for most people but not for British people), the animals, the wine, I don’t know where to start! If you’re thinking about staying here, or staying in the area, you cannot do better than this lovely place. We are both already thinking about how we can come back. Highly, highly recommended. Siamo stati due notti in questa casettina molto curata e graziosa. Milena è stata molto accogliente e ci ha coccolati con mille attenzioni: dalla pizza appena arrivati ai biscottini freschi per la colazione. Avendo un piccolino di pochi mesi con noi, ci ha fatto trovare in casa anche l’occorrente base per poter cucinare le pappe. La posizione è perfetta per muoversi a piedi nel centro storico ed è anche possibile parcheggiare con facilità non troppo lontano. Esperienza molto positiva e ideale per una famiglia con un bimbo piccolo.

Fantastica esperienza! Ancora non hanno terminato questo piccolo angolo di paradiso ma noi siamo stati benissimo! Sono persone gentili e splendide e host formidabili infatti ci hanno avvisato dei locali chiusi e quali fossero aperti di loro sponte. I panorami qua si sprecano e la vista dalla camera è stupenda! Inoltre senza che fosse incluso ci hanno offerto una colazione internazionale buonissima fatta in parte di cose preparate da loro al momento! Consiglio di andarci e spero che finiscano l’intera villa perché sarà fantastica!
