Awesome place with an awesome view! Just 10 minutes away from downtown Borjomi but you can relax, use the pool, do some grilling or simply sit by the fire - great place and location. Thank you, Saba!!!

We stood at Serenity Villa for 3 nights, including New Year’s night. Tamar is very kind, responsive and caring. She answered and helped with all of our questions and queries. There were everything that was listed in the description: towels, bathrobes, shampoo, etc. Also host provided us with additional towels, sheets and blankets on our request. Everything was clean and comfy. We were company of 12, and there were enough space, beds and bathrooms for all of us. Also kitchen is well equipped, it was very great to find, that we can serve our festive table with tableware we found at the Villa. The territory of the Villa is spacious and well-equipped. There are places to sit, even in winter because there was outdoor heater. Also there is a nice barbecue place. You can sit outside and enjoy really beautiful view! It was pleasure spending time here and celebrating New Year! Thank You!

Modern,Clean and so cozy! Definitely a recommended and worth place to get in Kutaisi ! Huge thank you to Lizi who helped with everything ! Free parking + PlayStation was definitely something that wasn’t everywhere haha !

מקום גן עדן, המארחים מדהימים!! פגשו אותנו עם בקבוק יין ועוגה, נתנו לנו את ההרגשה הכי טובה שיכול להיות, תמיד ענו לכל בקשה , דאגו לנו להמלצות מעולות מה לעשות מסביב עכשיו בוא נדבר על המקום ואו … אין מילים אחרות נחל זורם מתחת למרפסת, החדר מפנק, נח , המטבח מאובזר בכל מה שצריך רואים שעשו פה הכל באהבה גדולה ! שיוצאים מהחדר יש מתחם ברביקיו , מתחם מדורה , שולחן פיקניק עם תאורה כל דבר שצריך חשבו פה על הכל במילה אחת … מושלם! שאהיה באזור אחזור לשם על בטוח!!! תודה רבה על חויה מיוחדת !!!

Es hat alles perfekt geklappt. Wir hatten das Familienzimmer. Es war gemütlich und sauber. Die Lage der Wohnung ist auch sehr gut. Ruhig gelegen und doch alles fußläufig erreichbar. Die Gastgeber sind auch sehr freundlich.

Aleksandr's place is so beautiful. The house is in the heart of Borjomi, surrounded by mountains and forest with the river close by. We caught the train from Tbilisi and it was a five minute walk from there. Aleksandr has been so much more than a host to us here. He showed us around the town (up an old tower with a panoramic sunset view), took us hiking to a secluded lake high in the mountains and so so much more. Aleksandr helped to show us the true feeling and spirit of this place - for that I am so grateful. Madloba Aleksandr!!
