We live upstairs and love hosting our guests, who are welcome to share our new backyard! Relax in a completely private walkout basement guest suite. Includes: theater room, Gigafast wifi, Kichenette with Keurig coffee & nice variety of snacks. We are 3 mi from grocery store, 7 mi from a mall, 5 mi from downtown Franklin & 20 mi to Nashville. Welcome to Urban Renewal. Located minutes from the airport and a few miles from downtown, it's the perfect location to take in the city, but retreat to the quiet and calm for a restful night. This space is newly renovated and connected to our main house through a door locked on both sides. You have a private entrance with off-street parking right outside your door. We're conveniently located in the middle of Donelson, which has many local restaurants and small shops.

Welcome to the guest suite at High Point Farm. A lovely suite with bathroom attached to our 160 year old Farmhouse. Our beautiful 5 acre farm is only 15-20 min from downtown and a 1/4 mile from a scenic park with hiking trails. The cottage has 2 lovely courtyard gardens with benches and tables that are wonderful in the mornings and evenings to relax in. Our suite has beautiful views and has its own outside entrance.
