No parties or loud activities allowed. No outside guests are allowed to stay overnight. No pets allowed. Do not put luggage on the beds. Luggage racks are provided in each bedroom. This home has been lovingly restored. Please treat it with respect. Germantown is a mix use neighborhood with residents and businesses.
