Cool place, very walkable, close to lots of good restaurants, Broadway, the Ryman, etc. Walked to a concert over at the Pinnacle. Walked everywhere - didnt need an Uber/Lyft except to and from the airport. Nice to go up on the roof and hang out looking at the skyline. Would definitely recommend and will look this up next time we come to town!

It’s a great place. I loved the loft style and the layout was great. It was actually a lot of space. I’d definitely stay again. And the neighborhood was great. I don’t like staying on broadway. You definitely spend some money in Ubers and parking but I’d much rather stay at a place like this than a hotel on broadway. It was an awesome place.

Lauren was very accessible and kind, I had a hiccup finding the location but she patiently guided me. The place is gorgeous and accommodated our needs.

The house was perfect for the weekend. It had everything you could need and was in an awesome location. Looking forward to my next visit!

Great little place walkable to downtown, yet quiet and off the beaten path! Very clean and well decorated! Linda was a great host, very friendly, even packed us a goodie bag for our trip home!

Greg is one of the most genuine souls you’ll ever meet, you will see that in the way he shared his home with you. He and his family have a way of making you feel like you’re family in for long visit. We loved Bella, she took her job of greeting you and seeing you off seriously. Greg’s place was clean, comfortable, cozy in all the best ways. We will definitely revisit again, and tell our friends about Greg!

We were shocked that this is a brand new apartment! Very clean and amazing location! We will definitely stay here again. Heads up if you are physically challenged, you do have to carry luggage up the stairs. That didn’t bother us but may some people. Really, really nice place!

This one TOPS all the AirBnBs I’ve stayed at. Absolutely beautiful loft in the charming town of Fayetteville. The loft was extremely clean. Very spacious. The kitchen and bathroom had everything you needed, in case you forgot to pack it. There was a welcome book with some goodies for us on the counter for when we arrived. No detail was left out. The bed (primary bedroom) was extremely comfortable! Bedroom even had a nightlight and sound machine… WIN! My only complaint is that we didn’t book this Historic Loft for longer! We will definitely be returning to Fayetteville and 100% staying at this Loft.

This place was just what I needed for this trip. Great location, beautiful decor, easy to check-in check-out, and it had everything I needed to feel comfortable. Christy was quick to respond and she did a wonderful job furnishing the place. Plus! It is majorly clean, which is a must for me. Her place is the place to stay at if you are staying downtown near Broadway!

A True Home Away from Home! I had the pleasure of staying at Armory Lofts during the work week for a couple of months. I cannot say enough good things about both the space and the host, Jamie! From the moment I arrived, I felt completely at home. The loft is beautifully designed, comfortable, and equipped with everything needed for both a short visit and an extended stay. Jamie is an exceptional host—attentive, kind, and always willing to go the extra mile to make sure her guests have a seamless experience. We had a great stay! Easy few block walk to Broadway with plenty of reentrants along the way. The building was great with nice atmosphere. We would book again on our next trip!

We arrived at the apartment and it felt instantly like home. The furnishings are really nice and suit the neighborhood. The host was very friendly and helpful! Would definitely stay here again.
