Jennifer is a responsible, friendly, and truly outstanding host! Her property is thoughtfully furnished with a few carefully selected pieces, and both the room and bathroom have windows for ventilation. There is plenty of storage space throughout the property, and the kitchen is fully equipped. The building also has an elevator for easy access. Most importantly, the property is extremely clean — the towels and bedding are spotless and tidy, and there is plenty of natural light. We absolutely loved our stay here. We are also very grateful to Jennifer for kindly offering us a late checkout, which allowed us to take our time packing and tidying up after a big celebration. We will definitely be back!

Felt at home as soon as I arrived here, the decor is lovely and is more spacious than I thought it would be. Also, the best shower I’ve had anywhere I’ve stayed! The flat gets so much light and you can open the big windows for a nice breeze. I thought a sofa bed would be an inconvenience but it was super easy to put away/get out. I felt very safe in the flat, a sturdy door and double lock. No disturbances from neighbours in the month I was there, people in the building were always friendly and said hello. Communal areas are kept clean. The location is great, super close to the train station for day trips and a short walk to the beach. And then Audrey is just so lovely, super friendly, replied quickly to any queries I had and always reminded me she was there if I had any questions/needed recommendations. If I could have stayed longer I would have, I recommend a stay here 100%.

Very well located, well connected, clean and lovely place. Cyril was very communicative and even allowed us an early check in. There was some noise from a workshop in the garage below but the door has good noise insulation when closed. We could gladly open the small window in the kitchen for ventilation. Only down side is that there is not a lot of sun light in the apartment as there is only one small window.

Amazing location right in the heart of old town and close to everything including great restaurants. Host was very communicative and provided advanced warning of any issues. Early check-in was provided which we appreciated greatly! Thanks again Hanna.

Dominque was an amazing host - extremely accommodating and friendly. The apartment was in a perfect location, very close to public transport and amenities. The apartment was clean and well-equipped. Highly recommend!

l'accueil chaleureux, disponible et à l'écoute, nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour pour son emplacement pour la fête du citron au pied du logement, tout à disposition, quartier calme , tout pour passer un très bon séjour. encore merci à aymerick et Ninon.

Nous avons passé un séjour formidable dans cet appartement au calme avec un très agréable balcon, offrant une vue magnifique sur les jardins et les villas autour en haut de la colline. L’appartement est situé au premier étage d’une petite résidence récente, bien entretenue. On peut y accéder facilement à pied depuis Saint-Jean-Cap-Ferrat et de Beaulieu-sur-Mer. L’hôte est très réactif et très gentil, nous avons eu besoin d’une grande casserole et de couvertures supplémentaires, nous les avons obtenu très rapidement. L’appartement est très propre et bien aménagé, parfait pour un séjour de vacances!

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit. Super Ausblick über die Bucht. Viel Sonne beim Kaffee trinken am Morgen. Geräumige Wohnung für 4 Personen. Gastgeberin sehr nett.

Overall had a very great stay at this Airbnb. Everything was very well maintained and I felt right at home. The Apartment ist not in Monaco, but 15meters behind the border to france. This isn't a problem at all for me, it was only noticed when ordering a monaco taxi which wasn't allowed to come to the place, so we had to get a french taxi. Overall recommend 10/10

The apartment was really lovely. Everything was as described in the ad and the view from the balcony was really nice. The place was clean and we had everything we needed. The apartment is directly in the center of Nice and you have everything you need around you. Train station, as well as the beach and restaurants are all reachable by foot. Also the communication was fast and easy. The Hosts were really nice. I would love to stay here again should I be in Nice another time.

This is a must stay place - so historic and a real gem if you like history and something different. The view over the new marina is beautiful.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour chez Eric. Bel immeuble de plus d'un siècle, cosy et très bien situé à 5 min à pied de la vieille ville. Réseaux de transports en commun proches. Eric s'est montré réactif et disponible dans nos échanges. Nous n'hésiterons pas à recommander cet appartement à nos proches. Corinne et Pascal

Fantastic apartment for visiting Monaco or spending time in Beausoleil. So close to everything and the apartment is comfortable, clean and secure.

We had a wonderful stay! The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Communication with the host was smooth and very kind. Highly recommended!

We stayed a week here while exploring various towns in the French Riviera. While the place is a little further from Nice, it was convenient to bus and train station with plenty of groceries and restaurants. The space is modern and sleek. We enjoyed many nights out of the spacious patio. Kevin has thought of every detail including umbrellas for the rainy days. We will not hesitate to stay here again on our next visit! Wonderful apartment and an excellent host. The apartment is nice, spacious, really close to the train station and Catherine even helped us to find a taxi one day to return from a dinner. She was very helpful with everything we needed. Would love to come back other times 🥰

Great apartment

Alloggio spazioso, luminoso e pulito. Fornito di ogni confort e accessorio. Il terrazzo ed i due garage rappresentano un bel valore aggiunto. In 20 minuti si è a piedi in centro, la zona e comunque fornita di molte attività commerciali. Silvia molto gentile e disponibile, ha risposto ad ogni nostra richiesta in modo tempestivo.
