This is a beautiful cottage, recently refurbished for 2025, sharing the same courtyard as our dwelling. Comfortable and in a quiet setting surrounded by unspoiled countryside. Suitable for couples, solo travellers, keen hill walkers or cyclist ot as a base for relaxation in nature. Perfect location to explore North Tipperary, East Galway & West Offaly. Ideally located 50 min from Shannon airport and 2 hours from Dublin airport. We welcome all nationalities. Soak up the magic of the countryside.

The Swallow's Nest

Please don't come here - If you're looking for big city lights, mod cons & public transport. Please do come here - If you're interested in growing your own food, keeping bees, hiking, food preservation, nature, chickens & geese, bats, birdsong & silence (hens/geese/wildlife permitting!). The Swallow's Nest is a tiny barn which sits between Slievenamon & the Comeragh mountains, in the glorious valley known as The Honeylands but is only a ten minute drive from Clonmel, Tipperary's County town.

An oasis in beautiful County Galway. Apartment.

A little bit of paradise in County Galway, close to the banks of Lough Derg. Very peaceful and tranquil. Perfect to get away from the hustle and bustle. Access to the property is via a driveway across a field. Lough Derg is a five minute walk away. You have a your own self contained apartment. Your own separate entrance, parking area and garden. There are two large double bedrooms a large private bathroom and a kitchenette. Please note, we do not have a shower, but a luxurious bath instead!

Striking Tipperary Farmhouse

Our 100 year old farmhouse set in green pasture and attractive private gardens has all modern conveniences including an induction hob,DW, electric fan oven air fryer, MW, and a cosy log stove for comfort and warmth. Close to Thurles and yet secluded and private. The setting is tranquil with nature and local woods where one may walk between the trees and reset. We respectfully request that guests take off their shoes in the back lobby when entering the house and use socks or slippers .

Tom Rocky’s Farmyard

This old farmyard has undergone a beautiful restoration. The open space & scenery all around here is stunning, with the Devils Bit mountain as a backdrop. It is a really peaceful spot. There is a large, enclosed yard space and an open shed area with lights & seats, and a roofed kids play area. The old market town of Templemore is a 4 min drive, boasting a beautiful town park with woodland walks & a lake. We are just 12 mins drive from Exits 22 or 23 on the M7 Dublin-Limerick motorway.

The Calf House

Prepare to be immersed in rural Tipperary as you explore the landscape and take in views of 6 counties from the top of the farm hill. Stay in a former cattle house previously used for housing calves, and recently converted to a cosy 2 bed farmhouse. Located between the hills of North Tipperary beside an old church, walk the old roads and hills, or explore further afield such as the Devil's Bit, Lough Derg or Cashel. Note: there is a double bed on the mezzanine and a bunk bed below.

The Studio in the Sky

From artist studio to guest house, this little building is an ongoing project, with so much to offer. Sitting on higher grounds just behind the main house, it has its own garden with a view to take your breath away. It’s a bit of a rise to get there but totally worth it. If you keep climbing across small fields and a strip of forest, you’ll find yourself on Slievenamon’s mountain trails. Downhill from here lies Kilcash village, pub, church, more forestry and the ruins of an old castle

Commanding position and wonderful views. Downstairs is an open plan design incorporating the living & dining area, kitchen & bathroom.

Babes Cottage

Our cottage is nestled in the beautiful Slieve Blooms mountains. This cottage boasts a traditional thatched roof surrounding by fantastic countryside. The cottage features two cozy bedrooms with comfortable beds and soft linens. The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for cooking up hearty meals with fresh, locally-sourced ingredients. Warm up by the fireplace in the inviting living room, where you can curl up with a good book or watch a movie on the flat-screen TV.

Hawes Barn - 200 Year Old Cottage

Set within the Croc An Oir Estate (translated as Crock of Gold) and tucked away down a leafy boreen, this beautifully restored, converted stone barn offers a truly relaxing holiday where hospitality and a traditional Irish experience is offered in abundance. Croc an Oir is a romantic retreat for a couple, and traditional features include a cosy woodburner, a half door, arched windows and a delightful loft style bedroom. There is also a private courtyard and garden.

Situated 2 min from Exit 23 off the M7 Motorway on the outskirts of the village of Moneygall where the pub and shop are within walking distance. It provides a wonderful base for exploring the heart of the country while also allowing further journeys to some iconic tourist sites.
