Syrios House A traditional house 55m² with wooden details in front of the sea. Full equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, clothes washer/dryer. One bedroom with three beds (two of them can join together and make one king size mattress). Big sofa bed for two adults in the living room. Private parking for SUV's. There is a big yard in front of the house and a SHARED backyard with a chicken coop🐔 and plants. There is a taverna with sea food 20m from the house. 7km from Nafplio, 130km from Athens

The building is centered at an altitude of approx. 70mtrs, offering a wonderfull view to W & N. It has access from west by a pedestrian street 70mt away from the main parking of the old town, just above the 5 brothers (canons) The access from north is stairs, which start at Staikopoulou str. and this is Vyronos str. Next building was the first military hospital of Greece which later became the Dioskouroi Hotel. Easy access to down town only with 2' walking. Friendly environment is guaranteed.

Beachfront Luxury bedroom apartment with unique sea view balcony, close to Nafplio in Kiveri village. Apartmetn is just on the beach, only few steps drive to a small beach. The apartment consist of a seperate bedrooom with double bed, a living room with full equipped kitchen, a single sofa bed and a duble sofa bed. It is an ideal location to relax on the sea and to visit in only few minutes away from Nafplio and the most ancient places in Argolis such as Mycenaes, Epidaurus, Tiryns, Argos.

The privileged location in a beautiful and quiet neighborhood of Nafplio, gives immediate and easy access to the historic center (1.2km), while there is space available for parking on the road just outside the apartment.

Our apartment is a newly built seafront penthouse that offers stunning views to the sea and walking distance to the beach. It can accommodate up to 4 people and it is perfect for a family/couple. The apartment has an open plan, living room area with fireplace, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine & clothes drayer, and fully equipped bathroom. A wooden staircase leads to the bedroom that has a queen size bed and a drawer. The living space opens to a huge seafront veranda.

Deluxe maisonette with amazing view of Palamidi

Recommended for 2 adults. My space is a 50m2 deluxe maisonette with amazing view of mountaintop Palamidi fortress. It boasts minimal styling with equipment from well-known designers. There is a COCO-MAT double bed, a comfortable sofa and a single bed provision under request. There is a fully-equipped kitchen. Easy access to the local beaches, the historical center, nightlife, restaurants etc. Car not necessary; everything within walking distance

Traditional Stone Guesthouse

The house was built before 1940 and back then it used to be the house of the teacher of the village. The basement was the storage room for the resin. Only in 1975 me grandpa, Dimitris, was able to buy the house and the basement too, in order to use the entire building as a storage room. Then, in 2019, my family decided to transform the upstairs as an Airbnb room and the basement as a storage room for the wine and the oil.
