This turn-of-the-century condo offers a comfortable and stylish retreat, ideal for couples looking to explore the charm of downtown Telluride and its many activities. As long-time locals of over 30 years who have had to relocate due to family health issues, we are excited to share our condo with fellow travelers who love Telluride!!

Situated in the quiet West side of town, this private ground floor end unit has free 1st come/1st serve parking on-site (I have never had a guest tell me that parking was a problem) and is only a 2 minute walk to chairlift 7. Telluride's historic Main Street business core is a 3 block walk or ride the free town bus which runs every 10 minutes. (Telluride business license #00026) Pets are not allowed. Under Airbnb guidelines the no pet policy includes registered emotional support animals.
