The Studio at Woodfort Estate

Our studio is perfectly placed for stunning views of our mountain and rolling hill landscapes. A weekend get away or longer retreat will be rewarded with privacy and peace to relax inside or on the spacious patio that captures amazing afternoon sunshine and sun sets! The main bedroom is detached from the living and kitchen, which has a fold out couch for extra guests. Relax in the outdoor bath and enjoy the simplicity of living off grid without lacking to many home comforts. Toilet is detached.

This charming Cape Cod-style cottage offers tranquil and private country-style accommodation. Breakfast is included, featuring a selection of muesli, yogurt, toast, and spreads. Fleetwood Mack Housetruck in Pirongia

Stay in a Housetruck built from recycled/reused materials on the back of a Mack Truck. A Queen bed in the front loft and one single bed in the back. The Housetruck has basic kitchen facilities. Jug, toaster, fridge and microwave. A shower inside the truck, it runs from a califont so is set to one temperature using one tap. Please note that the toilet is located in a separate building about ten steps away along with the washing machine. You have unlimited private access to these.

We are located in a peaceful rural setting in Ngahinapouri, just off State Highway 39. 15min drive to/from Hamilton Airport and Hamilton City, Mystery Creek 20min, Te Awamutu 15min, 10min to Pirongia Village and 40min to Waitomo Caves and the Raglan Coast Also on our doorstep is Pirongia Mountain with its walking tracks, Ngahinapouri Golf Course 5min away and the renowned Villagrad Winery only 10min away.

Pirongia Mountain Getaway

Apartment is adjacent to my house on Pirongia Mountain. I'm 20 min from Te Awamutu, 30 min to Hamilton , 40 min to Waitomo Caves, Lake Karapiro or Raglan, 1 hr to Hobbiton & 25 min to Mystery Creek for Field Days. Queen-size bed accommodates up to 2 people. Beautiful views across the area & close access to many local tramping options. Solar-powered apartment is in excellent shape with a kitchen covered with all the basics. Heat pump, wifi & tv (freeview) provided.

An easy 6 min walk to the surf at Whale bay, Indicators or Outside Indicators a few mins drive to Manu bay or Ngarunui beach. Warm and cosy with a beautiful open fire, modern insulation & large double glazed sliding doors. The heat pump heats the studio within 15mins.
