Merhaba evin konumu dik bir yerde gün içinde bir kaç defa şehir merkezine gidip gelmek çok yorucu olur ayrıca akşamları çok güvenli durmuyor ayrıca sokak köpekleri de sıkıntı yaratıyor evin üstünde 5 dk mesafe de şehir merkezine giden bir otobüs durağı var.evin içinde eksiklikler yatak çok fazla ses yapıyor ve mutfakta aynı anda iki şey yapılamıyor verilen tavalar ocağa sığmıyor ama bunların dışında 2 günlük konaklamamızda ki en büyük problemimiz banyo oldu ilk gün söylediğimizde bir sonraki gün yapacağını söyledi ama problem çözülmeyince airbnb ile iletişeme geçince kötü bir tutumla karşılaşarak tamir olması sağladık ve evden çıkmadan duş alma fırsatımız oldu benim yaşadığım deneyimle şu nu diyebilirim tercih edeceğiniz daha merkezi ve banyosu çalışan bir konaklama seyahatiniz daha keyifli yapılabilir

The accommodation is located on the 7th floor, with an elevator, 100 meters from a convenience store, and only 300 meters from a supermarket. There are complete appliances, including a hair dryer, washing machine, and cooking equipment.The landmark of the accommodation is the veterinary shop.

Очень приятное место рядом с крепостью. Здорово, что можно из квартиры выйти прямо на улицу. Очень красивое здание! Комната по уровню немного ниже входа, поэтому в ней чуть меньше света, но нас это не смутило. Я не обратила внимание на фото душевой - в этом месте крошечный туалет с микроскопической ванной, там же прямо и душ. Мне было некомфортно мыться и умываться, как там мыть посуду - я не знаю) Но всё это есть на фотографиях, поэтому претензий нет. За свою стоимость это отличное жилье в очень хорошем месте с потрясающим хозяином, который всегда был на связи, со всем помогал. Я думаю, мы приедем к этому хозяину еще

The location of the place is absolutely amazing. Close to the center. The place was clean and well put. Kakha is an incredible man. He helped with everything and did not leave us with any trouble. Overall, it was a great experience

Lia is so friendly she took us by her car to the next Airbnb house, she is so helpful and responsive.

Замечательная квартира, очень просторная и с замечательным интерьером! И к тому же расположена в удобной локации. Мы отлично провели неделю, ни в чем не нуждаясь. P.S. Прихватите беруши, если вам тяжело спать под белый шум. Из спальни даже при закрытых окнах можно услышать голоса и/или музыку.

Lovely place! Especially for those who love older houses with all the advantages and issues that this entails. High ceilings and a bright terrace with a panoramic view of the private courtyard and garden. Quiet area and clean air. It takes 10-15 minutes to get to the city centre by taxi, although traffic jams in the city are not uncommon. The hostess is just a treasure! I don't think I've ever had such a host. Mariam is always nearby and ready to assist. She lives on the first floor of the same building with a separate entrance, so she won't bother you in any way, but she will always help. It was Easter, and Mariam treated us to a delicious holiday cake, kulich. In general, I recommend it to lovers of coziness and the atmosphere of antiquity.

Мы провели прекрасный месяц в квартире Теи! Не смотря на то, что заселение предполагалось дистанционным, мы столкнулись с хозяйкой возле дома, и она помогла нам заселиться, что было ценно из-за горы вещей. Позже мы собрались в магазин и встретили Тею на машине, которая предложила отвезти нас в магазин и обратно, а на обратном пути вовсе сказала, что мы можем брать её машину для покздок за продуктами, если нам будет так удобно, потому что она живёт рядом 💗 Мы не воспользовались предложением, поскольку Агрохаб недалеко и мы любили прогуляться, но это было очень мило! ☺️ В самой квартире чувствуешь себя как у бабушки в деревне: просторно, уютно, много шкафчиков с фарфором, красивый вид на гору (начинает зеленеть к началу апреля). На балконе очень просторно, есть мангал и мы пару раз готовили BBQ и отдыхали там 🔥 Из небольших неудобств могу отметить, что квартал ещё активно строится, поэтому днём могут быть слышны звуки стройки, а ночью вой собак. И мы не нашли мусорных баков рядом.

This accommodation where I stayed as an architect was very meaningful to me in terms of location. First of all, the accommodation was located in the middle of the two bridges entering the center of the city, so I was able to choose a very comfortable route. Above all, the precious experience is that if you go up a sloping hill after passing the German Embassy behind your accommodation, you will encounter an abandoned garden called "Arsenal Oasis," which is like a hidden gem - "Space of Uncertainty" Built for the 2020 Tbilisi Architecture Biennial, the Arsenal Oasis is an evolving test garden created from the city's surplus land and water. The project begins a new landscape at the home of leaking water once used in Soviet military bases. The experience of going there is more precious memory than anything else to me.

Everything was great! The apartment's location is excellent – right in the center of the city with easy access to all the main attractions, and there’s also a beautiful view from the window. The host was very attentive and responded very quickly and friendly, which was actually very important to me.

Fantastic small appointment which is greatly equipped. The house is new, in a quiet area enclosed by old building from all sides. Will stay again.

The apartment is very conveniently located, there are many shops and places to walk nearby. The apartment itself is very cozy, you can see how the owner cares about cleanliness and convenience There are 2 work desks and comfortable chairs for them, which was very useful, because my wife and I both work remotely, this was very useful! The apartment has a lot of natural light and it is well ventilated, and there are also thick curtains so that the light does not wake you up in the morning, if someone wants to get some sleep It was very nice to be here, we will definitely come back again!

A great place, and Nino was very accommodating, especially with the check-in time. I even asked her for a hairdryer, and she quickly responded by bringing a brand-new one along with new kitchen utensils. The services are very close to the accommodation. Everything was great, but the only issue was the parking lot—it was always full. Other than that, I highly recommend it!

Had a fantastic time. Place is at the forefront of old Tbilisi and all the places are accessible through walking. The place is big and can easily accommodate a nuclear family. Enjoyed our stay. Host Nana was very friendly and accessible

Location: taxi to metro Varketili is 10 minutes away and you can get to ciy center without traffic jams. You can easily park a car nearby, get on highway to airport, Telavi or Liberty square in Tbilisi center. There's huge lake in walking distance and plenty parks around. Nice place, without night noise of city center. Nati is open and easy-to-communicate host. Apartments has new great mattress in the living room, good sofa. There are also enough space to take yoga class without any discomfort.

Elene has been a great host to us multiple times, this stay has been just as amazing as everytime, with almost 24/7 support and amazing suggestions as well as a great house to stay in. it was private and the location is close enough to old tbilisi where you can walk everywhere. Would recommend all to book as this has been a great stay! Thank you Elene for making our stay memorable ❤️

Отличное расположение, в центре старого Тбилиси, у подножья горы на которой находится монумент «Мать Картли» . В жилье есть все необходимое: холодильник, плита, стиральная машина,чайник, утюг, фен, сушилка для одежды. В ванной комнате в октябре было достаточно прохладно.

Aida is a wonderful host. She welcomed me with a bottle of wine and always informed me of potential utility interruptions. Her kind husband came over to fix the water heater immediately after I told them it wasn’t working. The apartment itself is cozy (has one of the better beds I’ve slept on in Tbilisi), and it’s located near one of my favorite restaurants (Maqashvilebtan). Overall, the value is quite good in my opinion. I had a little problem with noisy neighbors, but Aida informed me that they are no longer there.

Мы остались очень довольны. В Тбилиси второй раз берём квартиру и по сравнению что было с первой, то это как небо и земля. Хозяева очень отзывчивые, улыбались постоянно, если что то не так, сразу придут на помощь и исправят. Конечно, место не в центре, но я рекомендую всем брать этот дом. Мы передвигалист на метро и это было удобно. Для удобства всё есть, доставка приходит быстро. Большой мол в 20 минутах на такси. Дом так же довольно таки большой и просторный. Мы чувствовали себя как дома. Кстати, соседи тоже очень милые люди. Никто не мешал. И что самое важное, сам дом безопасный! У нас не было проблем с водой и отоплением. И что самое важное, вид просто превосходный. В следующий раз мы остановимся опять тут.

I cannot recommend this place highly enough. It was extremely central (but far enough from super busy tourist zone), the area was romantic and vibrant, people (and dogs) were friendly, kind and accommodating. One neighbour gave us home cooked food and wine, another welcomed us into her home and serenaded us with a piano recital. This was the perfect launchpad for our introduction to Tbilisi and Georgian life - I couldn't have asked for a better place and we were sad to go. Thank you Gvantsa!! მადლობა!
