Hang out with our goats and hens in the back, or enjoy our new fairy garden! Our 1850 log home features 4 bedrooms, 3 baths, a barn board kitchen, spacious living room overlooking Blueberry Creek, and warm dining room with rustic farm table. Our second living room with library, games and instruments invite you to play and relax. Please note no adults only bookings.

Cabin with camping sites & firepit included! Our 10x10' cabin is nestled a 1/2 km into the forest on 260 beautiful acres. Experience off-grid life with just enough amenities to be comfortable. Grill food at the fire pit, hike, or cozy up to the woodstove and watch the wildlife wander by. A booking is for the whole location, and you decide who gets the cabin (sleeps 2) and who brings the tents. A 2nd 'bunk' cabin, for an additional fee, is always available for your extra guests. This little gem of a spot is on a secluded island in the middle of the Mississippi River. The sound of the rapids will lull you to sleep in your magical tent perched right over the water! This year we are building a treehouse on the island so although we will ensure no construction takes place during your stay, there will be construction materials around on the island

Our house has all the comforts of home with beautiful open vistas visible out each window. This property was deeded to the Motherwell family following the War of 1812, staying in their family name 100 years. The interior of the house is fully renovated with some exterior projects ongoing.
