A delicious breakfast is included in the price and from April through October guests also have the option of dining on-site in our traditional farm restaurant. If dates are not available the property includes other rooms in charming cottage also on Airbnb.

The 18th century Villa di Geggiano, surrounded by vineyards and lovingly cared gardens, is located in the Chianti area near Siena, one of the most beautiful regions of Italy which will provide an idyllic and enchanting backdrop to your vacation. Our guesthouse is located in one of the garden pavilions of the villa.

Podere Piazza ist ein Landgut, hat seinen Ursprung im 15. Jahrhundert, das Ferienhaus wurde Anfang 17. Jahrhundert erbaut. Podere Piazza war der Wohnsitz von Alessandro Cervini degli Spannocchi, der am 29 Mai 1747 zum Erzbischof von Siena ernannt wurde, er war ein Nobile di Montepulciano und Patrizier von Siena. Die Gebäude von Podere Piazza tragen noch heute sein Wappen. Somit erklärt sich auch unser Kirchlein, am Straßenabzweig, davor rechts zur Pinienallee und links in die Einfahrt.

L'appartamento Loggiato 2 per 2 persone si trova nell'agriturismo Santa Lucia (L'AGRITURISMO è DIVISO IN 7 APPARTAMENTI) nelle Crete Senesi vicino Siena ed è un bilocale situato al primo piano con tavolino privato dinanzi alle vetrate del loggiato d'ingresso. Ci sono una camera matrimoniale (due letti singoli uniti per formare un letto matrimoniale), bagno con doccia e soggiorno con cucina funzionale e televisione. L' APPARTAMENTO HA L'ARIA CONDIZIONATA nella camera ( A PAGAMENTO ).

L'appartamento indipendente si trova a 15km da Siena, 20 km dai centri Termali e a 40 minuti dai borghi di san Gimignano e Monteriggioni. Nel complesso è presente un'azienda agricola che produce vini e olio con la possibilità di visite guidate e degustazione dei nostri prodotti con cene a tema.
