We have a warm and inviting guest suite under our home with its own private access. Renovated with carpet, heat pump/aircon and insulation has made this space the best in our house! A large room has the queen bed and TV with the day bed, then the smaller front room has the kitchenette and bathroom facilities. We have very easy access to the major arterial routes. Open to pets by negotiation, please ask us first as we have other animals on the property and it may not be suitable.

Located in very quiet Pillans Point, close to the city, the harbour and ocean beaches. We are also only an hours drive from Hobbiton ( film set for the Hobbit movies) and Rotorua thermal area. Situated within walking distance (2 mins) of Cafe, Bakery, both open for breakfasts and take-away. Bus route 200 mts. Restaurants, Supermarket, Chemist 2 mins drive. We are 5 minute drive to City Center, Uber $11.50 approx. Pick up from airport if required.

The apartment is on the top floor of a three level home with stunning 180 degree views of the harbour. It is difficult to capture the view which all our guests find breathtaking. Very comfortable queen sized bed & portacot on request. Sofa bed available for extra guests. Ample parking for motorhome or caravan. Breakfast food provided for the first morning of stay.
