Seaview is a renovated three bedroom federation home with an architecturally designed extension in central Hobart. The house is spacious and surrounded by verandahs. It has stunning views of Mount Wellington, the city of Hobart and beyond to the Derwent River. It is a seven minute drive to the waterfront, Salamanca or North Hobart. The home is spacious and private, yet surrounded by (harmless) local wildlife. You will see many wallabies grazing on the property.

A microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee maker and fridge are provided for your convenience, as well as a BBQ on your private deck.

This generous sized one bedroom unit includes secure parking for 1 car, a large living area, kingsize bed with hotel sheets, nespresso machine, a light and airy bathroom as well as laundry facilities. The lounge has a queen sofa bed. We also have a travel cot and high chair available.
