The location is the stunning South Arm Peninsula offering many coastal trails, beaches, and a key site for viewing the Aurora Australis. Easy access to Hobart (40mins) and the Airport (30ms).

The studio offers views over a secluded urban garden with peaceful, shaded terraces. Convenient walking distance to city, Salamanca and North Hobart restaurants and bars. Perfect for professional travel, digital nomads or Hobart escapes. Safe street parking. Excellent local knowledge, every comfort provided with bilingual French-English host. Self contained studio. 35 ks north of Launceston

Suitable for couples and solo travelers. Self contained studio room with double bed includes. Kitchenette and en suite bathroom. It is attached to main house, with private entrance on small acreage.. Internet, tea coffee, light breakfast ingredients, iron, hairdryer and use of washing machine included Close to wineries, strawberries farm, the West Tamar tourist areas and Northern beaches. Near main road so some traffic noise during day, is quiet at night. Not suitable for Quarantine.

Studio

Enjoy the opportunity to stay in one of Derwent Valleys Grand Designs. This spacious studio space expanded over the bottom floor of the house, offers a queen size double bed, ensuite, full kitchen, dining table and living area. National Park is located in the upper Derwent Valley. The accomodation is 5min drive to Mt Field National Park. Maydena bike park just a 15min drive up the road. There is an abundance of beautiful walks with a selection of river valleys, waterfalls and giant trees.

The Lane Apartment - 2 BR in Trevallyn

Bright and airy self-contained downstairs apartment, with views out over the the Tamar River and beyond. Perfect for couples or single travellers, for holidays, weekend travel or business accommodation. Less than 5 mins drive from the city centre. Take a lovely gentle walk along the waterside path to the Cataract Gorge (20 min), the city (2 km), or to nearby tailrace park (5 min). Two double beds: one in living space and one in a room adjoining the kitchen ( see plan in photos).

Apartment is semi-detached. Please keep in mind, the sofa bed suits 2 children or an adult. Free WIFI. parking in driveway. Profile photo of Waubs Bay beach 3 min easy walk. A 5 min walk to town centre. Tourist attractions including Blow Hole,Penguin Tour,Tassie Devil night tour,Nature World for wildlife. Douglas Apsley Gorge. Freycinet National Park is a 30 min drive,then you can walk over to Wine Glass Bay.

The Clan Cabin

The Cabin is a 1 Bedroom cottage (interior 45m2) built in 2019 below our existing house and looking north over Tam O'Shanter Beach to Bass Strait. There is a queen bed, full kitchen, bathroom and laundry plus undercover outdoor area (20m2). The cabin overlooks Lulworth/Tam O'Shanter Beach (1km+ of sand). Note we have two newer cabins of same design listed under "Tam O Shanter Bayside Cabins (3)"
