Part of our brief to the architects was to design a part of the home where our guests could have complete privacy and feel spoilt . It has become a sanctuary for many people . The Ariel Cottage is a beautiful solid sandstone construction built in the heritage style from locally quarried stone. The internal fit out uses timber from our property and other native Tasmanian timber to give a luxury colonial feel with a building that does not compromise on character, aesthetic, or modern amenity. Guests have total, private control of the entire living space including covered deck, your own garden space, and exclusive use of the wooden cedar hot tub set into the deck.

Blue is a contemporary bungalow 200m from Clifton Beach. On the deck of the bungalow is a 1.8m round timber hot tub that is always hot and your to use exclusively, great in summer or winter. Blue is one of three new bungalows on a 5 acre block. We live in one, rent another and short stay Blue. You share the site but will have privacy as you wish or say hi and have a chat. Clifton is a friendly end of the road beach community.
