Great choice for a family break, we loved the choice of indoor and outdoor seating areas in this comfortable spacious home. A great location for beach walks. Good quiet base for exploring New Plymouth and the area.

We had a great time staying with Alan. Highlights are the shower actually has pressure different from other Airbnbs we stayed and the breakfast was great. We surely be back. Thanks Alan and Helen.

We really enjoyed our stay here - great wee cottage! Had everything we needed (and more besides - including a nespresso machine 😄) Good location, lovely and peaceful, and not far from New Plymouth. Would definitely recommend, and we'd love to come back!

I had a lovely stay for work ar Bach Break. The apartment was perfect for everything I needed and the coastal walk was incredible for early morning runs! Great location for having peace and quiet but also being totally accessible to town centre, the airport and anything else you want to do in New Plymouth. 100% recommend for an easy stay!

This is hands down the best Air bnb I have ever stayed and I’ve been to a few now. Loved it all from the stunning decor, to the generous produce and the outdoor bath was such a treat!

the evenings here were like being at a fancy restaurant with the heater and the lights. was so nice to make pizza and relax on the deck. The bed was a little small for two people but otherwise very comfortable. overall loved the stay

A beautiful wee location just out of town. Christina has thought of everything and there are lots of little touches to make you feel right at home! Highly recommend and really appreciated all the attention to the small details around the place.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The view was beautiful and the tram is really well equipped. Allan was really helpful when we were heating up the hot tub and we were able to relax in it and watch the sunset.

This is the best place we have stayed on our visit here. The stars were amazing and the facilities were great. Donna was always responsive and helpful. I would love to come back here again. Honestly, the view of the stars and the mountain was worth it.

If you’re looking for a quite remote getaway this is the way to go only wished we could have stayed longer. Nice for a family get away as there are 3 other cabins available. Nice place to reset the Wairua very little coverage which is great keep you off your device haha but Wifi is available:). I highly recommend this place and very comfortable beds ❤️

Therese’s place was perfect for us! It was clean, had everything and peaceful surrounding. I will not hesitate to stay here again.

Es ist alles sehr sauber, hochwertig und zweckmäßig eingerichtet und angelegt. Wir hatten mit unseren 3 Kindern ausreichend Platz und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Eine schöne Überraschung waren die zur Verfügung gestellten Lebensmittel - es war alles für ein Frühstück da: Toast, Butter, Marmelade, Müsli, Milch, absolut toller Kaffee und eine Karaffe kaltes Wasser.

Had a fabulous stay at Rose’s! A super cosy and comfortable spot in a great location. Great that the section is fully fenced for bringing your furry friend and the deck gets loads of afternoon sun. The extra goodies, like choccies in the fridge and treats for the dog were a super nice touch.

Loved our stay! The tiny home was clean & an efficient use of space - the little kitchen had everything you need to make a quick meal, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. Close to Mt Taranaki hiking & New Plymouth, plus hearing the lions roar from the nearby zoo was exciting. Very peaceful & quiet accommodation. We were in awe with the natural beauty of the farmland & landscapes nearby. Would highly recommend if you’re looking for a cozy stay in the area!

Lisa’s place is really very nice and super comfortable for a couple. It is modern, very well appointed and exceptionally well designed to make to make the most of the space. The two private and spacious outdoor areas were both a surprise and a highlight along with a beautiful (super clean) hot tub. We stayed during Womad weekend and biked into the venue (10min). Lisa has thought of everything, even little things like quality shampoos, extra towels for the hot tub and a Harmer Karden sound system - to just name a few. And it was spotless. We loved our stay, thoroughly recommend Lisa’s place and we will definitely be back. Nancy and Neal

Mareva’s place is very cute, exactly like the pictures and the sauna plus espresso machine made it memorable! We had an ultramarathon few days earlier so really appreciated it. She keeps few products for you to buy considering it is a farm stay and we’re lucky to try her home made apricot jam. She gave us some local fruit to take with us which was very sweet of her.
