Wow! What an incredible stay with Pin and Jeff! Pin was an amazingly welcoming host! She made me feel right at home. She offered me homemade cooked food when I just arrived after a long flight. She took care of me when I had an eye infection and Jeff helped me find a doctor’s clinic in the neighborhood. They even gave me an umbrella to use when there was a thunderstorm with heavy rain and wind. Their dog is the cutest - such a calm and cute boy! I cannot thank Pin & Jeff enough for their hospitality and flexibility 🙏🏼 The room is as shown on the pictures. It was very clean and tidy. The bathroom is next door which is very convenient. The area is a very local neighborhood with many restaurants, shops, supermarkets etc. I was never left hungry in the area! It was also really nice to stay in such a local neighborhood where the restaurants were cheap and authentic also there are many parks and riverside near the house. It was very easy to hop on the public transport and bike sharing sys

we were delayed. The owner waited for our check..

以大台北地區來說，這裡真的難得的安靜（雖然房間會聽到隔壁鄰居的聲音，但提醒後，鄰居有降低聲量），客廳有大沙發和一張雙人床，客廳前後分別至少有二道門，所以即使怕吵的我睡在客廳都覺得很安靜，很慶幸終於在台北找到安靜的民宿，未來若需要還會選擇這裡⋯^_^

This place offers a truly comfortable and relaxing environment. The space is well-equipped with everything you need, and both the common areas and rooms are spotless. The sleep quality is fantastic—perfect for a restful night with no disturbances. Additionally, the positive energy of the room makes the overall experience even more enjoyable. Highly recommend!

Shawn er så hyggelig og hjelpsom, han er alltid tilgjengelig, til og med ga han meg råd hvor jeg skal besøke! Det går en direkte buss til flyplassen. Jeg takk nemlig for alt Shawn og moren hans gjorde for meg og anbefaler den best！

Tout était parfait, l’appartement est propre, confortable et calme (malgré le léger bruit de la route 26 étages plus bas). À proximité on trouve des arrêts de métro et bus (très efficaces), des supérettes, des restaurants et un night market fabuleux et moins cher que les autres en centre ville plus touristiques. Le bord de la rivière est très agréable pour une promenade matinale. Les hôtes sont très réactifs et aidants. Un détail : ils ne fournissent pas de serviettes, pensez à apporter les votre ou à en acheter. En bref, très bon rapport qualité prix, je recommande !

房東非常熱情親切，整體環境簡單但乾淨舒適，住起來讓人感到放鬆自在。地點方便，該有的設備也都具備。雖然是簡約型住宿，但非常適合短暫停留或輕旅行，下次來還是會選擇這裡！

從一開始的確認到詳細清晰的入住指引，都可以感受到房東的細心 & 體貼，讓入住體驗變得更愉快， 這幾天住得超級舒服，房子整潔乾淨，整體氛圍很放鬆！特別喜歡的是空間細節設計，真的讓人感覺很用心～😆 住在這裡的感覺很好，下次如果有機會再來，會再度選擇Der~😉

This was an amazing stay! Super convenient to many local restaurants, the metro, and things to do. We had no problems checking in and the host was very accommodating to our early and late flights. They provided clear instructions for check-in and check-out, and offered recommendations. The apartment was clean, accurately described, and had a great view as well. coco人很好，主動教導如何入住還在提醒要注意的地方 住處輪近捷運站，交通便利，唯一一個缺點是離公路比較近，嘈音有一點大，不過關窗之後情況讓ok, 整體感覺良好

We very enjoyed our stay. The location is great, very convenient to go anywhere using the public transportation. Coco is very responsive as well.

It has been such a pleasant experience staying in Shawn's place! The check-in process was smooth as clear instructions were given. The guest room is inside a modern building located in a secure, newly-developed neighborhood just 7 minutes' walk to Haishan mrt station. I slept very well as the entire flat was quiet because the building is super soundproof. I enjoyed running on the treadmills in a fully-equipped gym, with Shawn's help to book some sessions. The guest room is clean and comfortable. I appreciate that a desk is available inside the room as I had to use my NB computer for work. I also appreciate the well-equipped kitchen that I used to do some simple cooking. Shawn is indeed a superhost, paying attention to details and making sure that everything is fine during my stay. He compiled a list of good local eateries and shared it with his guests. It was kind of him to take me to some of these eating places for a try. You won't be disappointed! It is such a home away from home!
