We stayed here for a month and had a great time. The beach view was great and we had live music from the beach bars and fireworks each night (for more than 4 weeks). Maybe that had to do with Chinese New Year, but it actually went on after CNY as well. Communication was excellent, there was a helpful representative who was almost always nearby and ready to assist with some very small issues we had. The security guys were very friendly to our kids and would accept packages that were delivered for us when we were out. The only significant point of improvement I see is that a bit more attention should be paid to the cleaning.

This apartment is long and narrow and only has one source of light, which is a large window in the bedroom that looks out to the sea in the distance. There is a washer/dryer and a water filter in the kitchen which are great assets for long-term travelers. It is one of the more expensive places that we stayed at in Malaysia, but that's Penang for you. There is a bus stop right in front of the Island Plaza that takes you anywhere on the island for cheap, so it is extremely easy to get around from here. Overall, we recommend it.

Very clean accommodation and it looked like the pictures. It’s in a nice location and there are some local shops nearby. There is an infinity pool and gym which are very good. The host was always very quick to respond. Some minor issues like a broken toilet seat and low shower water pressure but I’m sure these will be resolved soon. Overall would recommend to anyone visiting Penang and would definitely consider staying here on the future again!

The location is SUPER convenient. It is clean and comfy and my family had a great time there. Will definitely stay here or recommend friends if I’m going Penang again. Host Soon Lye is very responsive too which I appreciate. Thank you! 🙏

Great place, Beautiful beach view from the bed room. Helpful host , give us extra bed, pillows. But unfortunately we cant keep our baggage after check out

Highly recommend!! Clear and fluid communication throughout the entire stay. Hosts were friendly and accommodating - they met all our needs and requests in a timely manner. We put the kitchen to full use for an entire week and it was easy to walk or Grab to get groceries or visit the beach. The complex was safe, quiet and, of course, the view was magnificent! We had a relaxed, effortless and beautiful stay in Batu Ferrenghi. Can't wait to return!

Thank you so much for hosting us! We really enjoyed our stay. I have to say De’s place is one of the house we stayed that doesn’t skim on giving comfort to the people. De’s kitchen has good utensils, bowls and mugs that are good quality. In many other places we had been to, they’re not good at all. Same goes to beddings and linens. De’s offered cleaned ones and comfortable beds. Thank you so much for clear instructions and for being a very responsive host. We will surely love to stay at your place next time we visit Malaysia again.

The place was the host described and similar to the posted photos. Host was very responsive and provided clear instructions for check-in. We had 21 pax with us and everyone slept comfortably. The host was very accommodating. Would definitely recommend this place for those planning for a large gathering.

Homestay very big and comfortable. We had some issue and the owner very responsive. On day 2 there is issue with water but then the owner very responsive and come to see our condition. It was about 10-15mins from everywhere we needed to go, so location was great! It’s by the beach and it was pretty near some convenience stores, so overall it was great!

Casey was a wonderful host! The place is identical to the photos and a great place to base yourself to explore Georgetown. Walkable to some amazing food courts and easy grab to many night markets. Wonderful views from both the condo and swimming pool.

Ashley is a really kind host and very responsive as well. Her place made us felt right at home. I was here with my parents who were both on wheelchair , and Ashley place has made them really felt cozy and warm . Amenities were all sufficient for our 10 days stay. We had a lot of rescheduled due to change of medical activities , but Ashley was understanding and kind enough to address to our problems. I would like to thank her personally for her kindness and appreciate her kind gestures during our stay there. God Bless her . Would definitely coming back here for my next stay in Penang .
