The Pigeon Homestay is an absolute gem in Kathmandu! Ketan, the owner, is the best host ever—so kind, attentive, and welcoming. He goes out of his way to make sure every guest feels at home. The rooftop terrace is a highlight; it’s the perfect spot to unwind with a drink and enjoy the serene surroundings. The girls working there are also incredibly lovely and helpful, adding to the warm and friendly atmosphere. Whether you’re looking for a peaceful stay or a base to explore Kathmandu, this homestay is perfect. I couldn’t recommend it more!

Rukum Dai and his family were extremely welcoming and kind to us. Having young children whilst traveling can be difficult at times but they accommodated our every need. Very warm and friendly family and their nightly Thakali dinner was so delicious. Definitely recommend this homestay

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour au sein de la famille de Suchan. Ils sont très accueillants et serviables. Ils sont de très bons conseils et la cuisine est excellente (le petit déjeuné était compris dans le prix, nous avons mangé leur Dahl Bat qui est un des meilleurs que nous avons mangé). Nous vous conseillons vivement de venir séjourner ici, vous passerez de bons moments conviviaux en plus de pouvoir vous balader dans la magnifique ville de Bandipur.

Amazing house, decoration is awesome and the place is very comfortable. But, the thing that makes this place stand out is the staff. Dipesh and Asis were super friendly and attentive. They did everything in their power to make our stay perfect. Thank you. We had a great time.
