I had a very good experience during my stay. The property was clean, well-maintained, and cozy. The location was perfect for easy access to local attractions. The host was responsive and provided all the information needed for a smooth check-in. I also appreciated the freedom to use the kitchen and fridge whenever I wanted. James was highly responsive, and his parents were incredibly kind, making me feel right at home. They invited me to dinner on multiple occasions free of charge. On the one occasion I joined them, the meal was both highly nutritious and healthy. An additional touch was the access to use the washing machine at no extra cost. This accommodation is more than worth the price. The downside is the distance from Districts 1 and 7, where I had reasons to visit. However, affordable transportation options were available, thanks to Google Maps and the Grab app. On occasions when I opted for public buses, which are super cheap, I only needed to hail a Grab bike to take me to the nearest bus stop using Google Maps. I would then hop on the most available bus. I would certainly recommend this Home Stay and, in fact, would book again on my next visit to Ho Chi Minh City.

The place is quiet and well located, it will give you a stay in suburban feeling. Just 9 kilometer away from down town district 1 and easy to access everywhere.

Great place and great host. The only thing would be the location is a little too close to a busy area where I can hear the vehicle’s noise.

Close to the airport, but would not recommend walking from airport to the studio. This suite is a studio style apartment with a bridge, microwave, hotplate, plates and glasses available. The bathroom was clean and had toiletries available. The studio had a a washing machine Hine in the balcony which was very convenient after traveling for several days. Unfortunately, the bed was a hard to sleep in, so if you're used to a pillow top or a comfortable soft/ medium soft bed you will not like this one. Downtown will be a about 20 to 25 mins via Grab and depending on traffic. Over all a good stay and very nice studio.

The place is like the pictures, just some normal wears. Everything was as described. Mi was great at responding when I had questions and she’s also very accommodating. The location was nice and I enjoyed the view.

Хорошая, небольшая квартира. Есть бассейн на втором этаже, во дворе продуктовый магазин. До аэропорта пешком 15-20 минут. Есть весь необходимый набор посуды.

Bich’s place is great. This is the second time I booked her studio apartment. I would like to recommend you book this place if you have a trip to Saigon!

I had a great stay. The unit was clean, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms as described. The supermarket connected to the building through the ground floor is very convenient. Communication with Mrs Chi was excellent- she responded so quickly all the time. Great family stay.
