House was perfect, location perfect..operating the door lock was a little difficult for us until we learned it, otherwise quiet and perfect for remote working. beach was close, sunrise at Ipan or Jeff’s pirates cove is perfect and amazing best on the island. Ice cream at the mobile gas station is on point. Vons chicken yummy. trust food is close no worries. it may be far from the norm for travelers looking for a busy city life, but not far if you are looking for quiet beautiful neighborhood and a peaceful slow pace of island life. Gods country didn’t disappoint…

Beautiful place, so cozy and definitely no complaints at all! Katharine was a wonderful host! Didn’t stay long but she was very accommodating with our requests. Would definitely stay here again!

Unfortunately we were unable to stay due to unforeseen circumstances. They offered to place us in their other house at no additional charge so we would have somewhere to stay until we found another place. Very responsive and so friendly. Would strongly recommend staying there.

Easy to get to from airport to airport. Very nice, private. I would do it again next time.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Jean's place. Check in was a breeze!! The beds were very comfortable and the pillows were perfect and the bedding was clean. Bathroom was clean & adequate. We enjoyed that we had a parking place at the door! The living room and dining furniture were comfortable and clean. There were nice tiled floors and area rugs. We did not use the kitchen except for the refrigerator & microwave. The refrigerator interior & microwave were clean. Jean was always quick to respond to any of our questions. Jean is a great host!!!

Had a great stay! The place was clean, Alicia was welcoming and responsive. Neighborhood was quiet and beautiful with tropical scenery and cocunut trees. I would stay here again.

My other half and I were looking for somewhere to stay last minute and Ken’s listing caught our attention for 1) the location and 2) the price. This would be both our first time using AirBnB and we were a little skeptical at first. Even before reserving the place , he was very accommodating and understanding with our situation and had us look at the place before any commitment was made. We were welcomed with open arms and his hospitality went above and beyond our expectations. The place has an amazing balcony view of Apra Harbor and is so relaxing to just walk out and be offered such a scene. Ken was always accommodating with the odd times we would come and go from the place and never did we feel unwelcome. The place is homey and Ken is more than we could have asked for in a housemate and a host. All the amenities were available at our preference and it was a comforting feeling know we had a place to go to at the end of each long day that felt like a home. One very important thing , the bed is out of this world comfortable ! Memory foam and the option to lift/lower the bottom or top half of the bed was very luxurious to us. We jokingly asked if we could buy the bed when we were checking out ☺️ We would definitely reserve this place again even just as a “weekend getaway” for Ken’s true “Hafa Adai” hospitality and making his place a home away from home for us. 두살 남아와 친구랑 11박 했어요. 닭과 병아리가 뛰어놀고 매우 평화로운 곳이었어요. 아이에게는 자연학습의 기회였고 매니저, 호스트를 비롯해 모두 친절하였습니다. 근처 한국인 마켓이 있어 편리하였고 숙소에는 모든 식기와 침구및 생활하는데 물품이 준비 되어 있어서 집 처럼 편하게 지냈어요 ~ 해변에 자주 가는 만큼 세탁, 건조기가 있어 매일 빨래를 할 수 있었고 요리도 해먹을 수 있어서 비용도 세이브 했어요 . 호텔보다 넓고 요리도 할 수 있어 너무 만족합니다. 아이가 어리다 보니 불편할 수 있는 부분을 모두 수용해주시고 배려해주셨으며 호스트님을 비롯해 모든 괌 주민에게 반했습니다 !! 2025년 12월에 다시 방문할 것입니다 ! 아이와 즐거운 추억을 만들 수 있게 도와주셔서 감사합니다.

Every Airbnb stay has its own certain flavor, and the ones where you actually share the living space with the host are in their own unique category. With Tomoko, you have a veteran Airbnb host who knows when to offer helpful insight and suggestions and when to give you your space. Added to this experience is her lively Siamese cat which is as social and inquisitive as he is cute. Though I originally intended to do everything on foot, I ended up opting for a rent-a-car and am glad I did. I discovered Guam is not exactly conducive to walking as sidewalks are often non-existent, leaving you to contend with loads of traffic at certain times of day. Tomoko's place is located on a major artery that allows for a quick and convenient start to any drive, no matter your destination on the island (quite unlike Tamuning where stoplights and congestion abound from the get go). Her condominium complex is very safe and close to an area mall, the Cathedral and a major museum. Highly recommend!

Great Location! The apartment was very spacious. Walking distance to everything. Much better than a hotel (I've stayed at The Royal Orchid and The Bayview in Guam). Check-in was easy and privacy was appreciated.

徒歩すぐに綺麗なビーチに到着する、素晴らしい立地です！観光地のタモンからは少し距離があるので、閑静なところですが、タモンにはタクシーですぐに行くことができるので便利でした。またアウトレットやたくさんの飲食店、スーパーが徒歩数十分の圏内にあるので、特に食事や買い物に困ることも無かったです。 部屋の中も写真の通りでとても綺麗でした。1週間程度の生活に必要な最低限のものは揃っていました。ホストの方からの返信も迅速でとても助かりました。 ただ、野生のニワトリが騒がしかったです。

Crazy fast internet. Only thing I didn’t like is the stove didn’t have a fan so we had to open up doors but other then that’s it’s a great spot.

The place was great, exactly what we were looking for. It was a comfortable, clean place to stay and Jake was quick to respond to any messages I sent. I liked the decor, the furniture and beds were comfortable and all the amenities were there, as described. The beach and stores were walkable and we felt right at home. After reading other reviews, yes there’s 3 flights of stairs, but I welcomed the exercise after all the eating we did and you don’t need much hot water for shower in Guam. All 5 of us took showers in a row at the temp we wanted with no issues. Would definitely stay there again!

My family and I had a great 8 days stay at this Airbnb. It had everything we needed to cook meals and there was a laundry area, which came in handy especially if you've got wet clothes from swimming at the beaches near by. It's also conveniently located near restaurants and malls. A big plus was our host, Asia, was very quick to respond to all my queries. She really went above and beyond to cater to my family's needs. I definitely recommend this place and Asia as a host (I think she has several other listings to choose from). Thanks so much again, Asia!

We loved the location and it being right on the beach was just what we were wanting. It was spacious and accommodated our family nicely. They do need to stock their kitchen with basic things like dish soap , garbage bags , paper towels , measuring cups, salt pepper a few bowls for cooking. We had to go buy those. Otherwise an amazing place
