This 1800 sq ft spacious bungalow is drenched in sunlight all day while remaining cozy and private at night. Original hardwood floors and 11ft ceilings. Our street is quiet, quirky and cobblestone. We're within walking distance of the local bars and restaurants, down the street from both Raymond James Stadium, The University of Tampa, Amalie Arena and major highway access are 5 minutes away. Hyde Park is 15 minutes away, too. We also have a big fenced in backyard and private carport!
