Spacious, nostalgic flat on 3rd floor (kitchen+3 rooms=78m2): 4 comfortable beds (90x200) and 1 sofabed. The floor is covered with natural varnished oak parquet. It has some furniture from the Soviet era. Open balcony has a view to the park. In the kitchen You find Jura coffeemaker, French press, dishes, cutlery, pots, pans, mirco wave oven, toaster, kettle, mixer, fridge and electric stove with oven. One car parking place is FREE to use in the closed yard. The flat is comfy up to 4 people.

Located in the very heart of the Old Town, it is across the street from the iconic and beloved Italian restaurant "La Dolce Vita". All of the sought-after sights are within a few minutes' walk: Toome Hill & Cathedral, Town Hall, UT Art Museum, Botanical Garden. A quiet apartment in a green region. Hiking trails few hundred meters (Intsikurmu) or 5 min by car (Mammaste). The balcony overlooks the stadium, Intsikurmu and the surrounding forests. Põlva Cultural Center and the city center are a few (walking) minutes away. The apartment has a double bedroom, a cozy kitchen and a living room with a balcony. Nearby there is a good sport hall Mesikäpa (Kesk 25), swimming pool and saunas (Uus 3) and the best restoran (Uus 5).

Built in 2017, this private 60 m2 winter-proof wooden house has 1 bedroom with a double bed and a large living room with an open kitchen. There is also an electric sauna and terrace that opens up to a sunny southern meadow. Lots of natural light, AC, heated floors, a fully equipped kitchen, sauna and 4G wi-fi will provide a comfortable and relaxing stay in all seasons. There is a 22kW EV charger at your disposal, powered by 100% renewable electricity.

Maja asub Võrumõisas, mis on vaikses suvila piirkonnas, kuid samas Võru kesklinnale ja Tamula rannale jalutuskäigu kaugusel. Mullifunktsiooniga tünnisauna ja leilisauna kasutamine on hinna sees, kõik vajalik kütmiseks on olemas kohapeal. Leilisaun on elektriga.

A modern yet cozy all-year-round design cabin next to an idyllic lake in the Otepää nature park. Fully equipped kitchen and sauna with a view to Kaarna lake. Easy access but private location, 60m2 terrace, grilling option, sauna & fireplace. Otepää & tennis courts are 4 min drive or 20 min walk.

Floating sauna on River Emajõgi

There is no overnight accommodation in winter, only a sauna. After sauna you can cool down in river. Sauna up to eight person. I also rent canoes 30 € per day. There is a gas stove for cooking and 12V and 230V electricity from battery station (1100hW).
