The place was amazing! The grounds backing directly onto the national park were incredible, with beautiful walks and stunning views. Having all that space to explore, literally straight out the door, was brilliant, especially for the dog. We loved wandering around the property, including the walk around the cricket oval and catching a sunset at the picnic spot. The scenery was absolutely breathtaking. The house itself was lovely; quaint and cozy, with all the amenities we needed. Michael was incredibly friendly and went out of his way to make us feel welcome. He provided detailed maps of the property and nearby walks, along with thoughtful touches like books on local history and even handmade walking sticks to help during hikes. It truly is a fantastic place, and we’ll definitely do our best to come back.

Seven of us from sports teams from Albany stayed 2 nights for a competition. The house perfectly suited our needs with everyone having enough personal space plus great communal rooms to get together and catch up. Beds were comfy. We all really enjoyed our stay and would love to stay again in the future.

We had a fabulous stay it was just so relaxing , beautiful views and the highland cows were so lovely, we even got to brush them and interact . Peter and Maleeya were great hosts unfortunately the Thai cafe was closed but we will definitely be coming back to try this out and stay again this place is a hidden gem 💎

Lovely place to stay to explore the Porongorups and surrounding areas. It is walking distance to the local tavern and tea rooms, and not too far to drive to Mount Barker for supplies. The home had everything we needed for our family to stay comfortably for 5 nights and we appreciated the inclusion of electric blankets and gas heating as the days were cold. Trish was a very responsive and informative host, thank you for letting us stay.

We stayed at Jade's place as a cut through on our way to Walpole from Perth, it's such a cosy cute cabin, with everything you need, I suggest buying some groceries or bringing some on your way down. There is a bowls club in town where you can have dinner or a couple of drinks. The stars at night are amazing we down loaded the star gazing app which is cool the see which stars are which.

Kylee’s place was nothing short of amazing! The house was an incredible place to stay at during our trip to Bluff Knoll. it was in such pristine condition with such facilities that it felt even better than home. From an amazing lounge room to gather and relax while keeping ourselves entertained to a beautiful kitchen worthy of making 5 star meals, topped with a great supply of hot water and good air conditioning, this house was simple lovely. Along with the very comfortable beds and a good nights sleep we were also greeted in the morning by the breathtaking views outside. Kylee was very responsive and helpful throughout the whole process and the stay was flawless. Would definitely recommend to everyone!!

Whether you’re looking for a romantic getaway or a quiet retreat with family, Billa Billa Farm Cottage is a hidden gem that truly allows you to reconnect with nature. Highly recommended!
