整間房屋都很乾淨整潔，與相片符合。與房東溝通順利及回覆很快。從大樓內通過車場便可到博物館及幾間餐廳，很方便。而且大樓各處都有護衛員，大堂的職員都有禮貌。惟一受困擾的是渠道臭味。第一天入住開門時，已從廚房及主人房內的廁所發出臭味。我自行購買空氣清新噴霧除臭，但是隔天又出現臭味，只是沒有第一天濃烈；還有廁所角落會出現不明水漬。除了渠道問題外，其他的都很好，輕鬆舒適的渡過了6天。

Vina’s place was spacious and comfortable with all the cooking amenities we needed to heat up food and make breakfast. The apartment has a lot of places to eat in the lobby as well as a small grocery store, salon, pool and small playground. During our stay, Vina was responsive to our needs and made us feel very much at home. Thanks, Vina!

Nice apartment to stay in with good location, I would stay there again

The place is easily accessed. San Living team is really accommodating with my requests and very helpful with my inquiries. They provide a chat group so it’s easier for guests to ask for help. Something I have never experienced when booked an AirBnB before. I recommend San Living units for you to have a smooth experience staying in Jakarta.

We’re just happy to stay there. The apartment is very well equipped and maintained, somehow it makes me worry that I’ll break something or just being clumsy. You know it’s because everything screams expensive. It takes time for me to get used to it. I also noticed that maybe the owner or the designer is a CARAT (Seventeen’s fandom) because some of the artworks are based on Seventeen’s songs. Too bad we couldn’t use the speaker or the karaoke machine because the bluetooth connection wasn’t detected(?). Or we just didn’t know how to use it lol. I asked mbak Retna how, but she didn’t know either. Oh also I asked for one extra towel, but it just not delivered (not in the morning also). But it’s fine, luckily one of my friend brought one herself.

The property is okay - not the fanciest in its Jaksel league; but it works! There is a regular housekeeping visit, a washing machine (which is a tenant's holy grail), and a beautiful view of Jakarta from the living room. To beautifully wrap it all together, Irene is by far the best landlord I've ever had. She's helpful, communicative, and most of all: always ready to cater to your needs. It's hard to beat her on this.

The apartment is amazing and is in prime location. Clean,tidy rooms, great views and facilities was great for the family , access to the gym ,pool etc was useful and creating a truly homey atmosphere. We are hAdit was very nice and friendly people. We are so happy . Once again thanks for your hospitality, Adit and Diamond Dreams. Overall we are very happy to have here . Very highly recommended to everyone . We hopefully will be there in the future. Thank you:)

A very comfortable place just as described. Host Irma was very helpful and made the stay feel like home. The unit was very clean and fully equipped there were even snacks and complete cooking utensils provided. The amenities were excellent, and the bathroom was spotless. I will definitely stay here again when visiting Jakarta. I brought a car and appreciated the free parking space provided, which made things very convenient. Access to Kota Kasablanka Mall is easy on foot through a special entrance for residents.

The bathroom is clean and spotless, the master bed is very comfortable. AC is cold which is good. Location is strategic, can easily walk to the mall to eat. Easy to order gofood as well.
